Quaint cabin in the woods

  • 4 of 5

The cabin was clean and secluded... the bird feeder and hummingbird feeders were filled, allowing us to take in some beautiful creatures as we sat on the porch. The kids loved playing and sleeping in the loft and throwing a ping pong ball up and down. Only reason I did not rate this excellent was because the beds did not have mattress pads, the bath towels were pretty worn out, the dart board needed darts to play, and there were barely enough drinking glasses in the kitchen. The kids loved the cabin and property and we would recommend it and return. The owner was very responsive and the location was great for getting to local sightseeing areas.

Great, private place!

  • 5 of 5

The owner was extremely pleasant to work with. The cabin was very clean (for being in the middle of the woods). As someone who prefers hotels over camping, this was a great "in the middle" option. Couldn't have asked for more out of a rented property. I've used HomeAway more than once, and this was certainly the best transaction and will be returning!

Great Get Away

  • 5 of 5

Easy to get to, surrounded with trees, easy access to the off-road trails, clean/well kept cabin with a full loaded kitchen just in case you forgot something. Nice roomy loft with two twin size beds and enough room for another twin size air mattress (if needed).

Owner gets back with you within hours if there are any questions, before/after your stay. Would recommend this cabin for your year round visits. Will keep this cabin on my list for our next trip.

If you want a centrally located place to stay for your up north adventures this is a nice place. It's cozy and clean. Very quiet and in an off the grid area it allows you to relax.

This is probably the nicest cabin we have stayed at for our couples weekend snowmobile trip. The owner completely catered to our needs. Highly recommend.
