Great place, excellent snowmobiling

  • 5 of 5

This is probably the nicest cabin we have stayed at for our couples weekend snowmobile trip. The owner completely catered to our needs. Highly recommend.

Just as listed.... We had a great time celebrating our 35th anniversary . Had nightly fires and enjoyed the surrounding property every day, less than 20 minutes to Traverse City for a day trip. House was cozy and well maintained .

Solitude and Relaxation

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at the cabin to celebrate our 5 years of marriage. The owner of the property was very kind, easy to get a hold of and answered any questions i had. The cabin was very cozy and clean, it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. My favorite part of the cabin was the huge porch! I loved sitting on the porch while drinking a hot cup of coffee in the morning; staring out into the woods and watching the birds eat by the bird feeder. The location of the cabin is wonderful! Being surrounded by the woods, brings such peace and tranquility and yet not too far from Traverse City. I definitely recommend staying at this cabin!

Nice Fall trip with family

  • 4 of 5

The property and the cabin was nice. It was clean and worked well for what we needed for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay. Nice big bathroom that looks to have been updated. My only suggestion would be to add more utensils, cooking dishes and glass wear to the kitchen for folks that like to cook.

Everything we could ask for !!

  • 5 of 5

We rented this cabin for a weekend away for two couples. All of our plans centered around Traverse City. This cabin was a perfect location for everything we wanted. A nice 20-25 minute drive. The cabin itself was just as advertised. It's secluded location made it possible for a late night Bon fire one night and peace and quiet sitting on the porch in the morning having coffee. It is well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was even gracious enough to leave some staples in the kitchen that we forgot. Mike was so easy to work with and even gave me a heads up on an easier way to locate his place........don't follow your GPS. I would highly suggest this for families or couples as we plan to bring our family up there hopefully again this fall.

Peaceful cabin

  • 4 of 5

The cabin was absolutely restful. It was peaceful and lots of little woodland creatures around. I just wish the towels for the bathroom were a little nicer. Other than that the cabin was great for us and our 3 kids.
