Arrive to a very light and airy open plan living, kitchen and dining area.

Dining table comfortably seats up to six people.

Kitchen is equipped with modern European appliances and a Gas cook top.

Bathroom is newly renovated.

Main Bedroom has a sunroom and a really comfortable Queen sized bed.

Spiral staircase leads upstairs to the loft style bedroom, which has two King-Single beds and a Double futon sofa bed.

The study could sleep another two guests if need be.

The decked garden balcony is also on the second level, and looks out onto Bondi Valley. Perfect place to have breakfast or simply have a quiet drink watching the sun set.

This apartment is the perfect place to stay in Bondi. A very unique find - constant sunlight, tastefully designed, and its only minutes away from Bondi beach, cafes, restaurants and transport, but situated on a very quiet tree-lined street.

Departure Clean and Linen Set up

All beds are made up with hotel quality sheets and luxurious towels are provided for your stay.

A linen set up charge, and a departure cleaning charge, applies to all bookings. Serviced periodic cleaning is available, and charged separately as required.


A bond is required for the duration of your stay.

This fully furnished property includes quality amenities and every convenience to ensure you enjoy a comfortable home away from home.

House Rules: A bond is required for the duration of your stay.

Exit Time:

Is 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed at least 24 hours in advance. Our cleaners arrive at 10am sharp and it is important that they have an empty property to prepare for our next guests. There is a waiting charge of $30 per hour.


Remove all rubbish and recycling from the property and put it in the allocated bins. If there is excess rubbish please notify us immediately as this has the potential to create much larger problems and particularly neighbor complaints.


Please leave beds that have been used unmade & place all used towels in the bathtub or shower. Please do not wash as all our linen is professionally laundered.


Clean all dishes, pots and pans properly and return to cupboards. Empty the dishwasher of clean dishes, run the dishwasher when empty so that it is fresh for our next guests.

Appliances and BBQ:

Clean oven and pay particular attention to the BBQ. Our cleaners will not clean these as a part of their scheduled duties and attracts a fee of $50 per appliance.


Turn off all lights, air conditioning and heating. (Electricity is very expensive in Australia and we also try and be as eco friendly as possible)


Leave keys inside the property together with the welcome booklet, on the kitchen counter.

Note: When exiting it is your responsibility to ensure that the property is fully locked and secure.

If the office has asked for the keys to be returned to our office, pleases use our black keybox located at office front door for after hours.

Baby Equipment:

Thoroughly clean the high chair and portable cot. Fold up and store neatly near the front door.

Leaving The Property:

When you are leaving please be cautious that moving your luggage does not damage the property. Be considerate; keep noise or disruption to neighbors to minimum.

Accidental Damage:

If anything has been broken or damaged please notify Bondi Beach Rentals so we can properly manage the replacement or repair.

Maintenance & Repairs:

If there are any repairs, or maintenance that requires our attention, please email -----@-----.--- so that we can tend to this prior to the next guests arriving.

One last walkthrough:

Please take a moment to double or triple check that nothing is left behind, as returning valuables will be at your cost!

Please try to leave the property in the same condition (or better) than it was when you arrived.
