Boston Condo Rental Photos and Description

1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Convertible bed(s), Sleeps 2-4

Renovated, sweet one-bedroom condo. The 500 square foot, 2nd floor apartment (that's a 1st floor in Europe) in an attractive brick building is in the very center of Boston's historic district on coveted Beacon Hill. Two blocks to the Boston Common and Public Garden! One block to the shops, boutiques and restaurants on Charles Street.

New kitchen, new bathroom, spacious bedroom, lofty ceilings and plenty of light from the tall windows make this place sparkle!

Quaint brick buildings, cobblestones and gas lamps, restaurants, cafes, fabulous bakeries and cute boutiques - this is your neighborhood. Leave your car behind and walk to everything!

With its attention to detail and comfort, this condo will welcome you back after a busy day exploring all that Boston has to offer.

Start your day with a run along the river, then take in some history on the Freedom Trail. Head over to Newbury Street for serious shopping, and in the evening choose from dozens of restaurants ranging from cozy pubs to world renowned, or catch a show in the Theatre District - it is all within a few minutes scenic walk.

For an enthusiastic appraisal of the neighborhood, read what VRBO (HomeAway's partner) wrote about our 3-bedroom condo in the same building: vrbo 285427.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo: Location, location! Beacon Hill is the heart of this historic city, the most central location from which to explore the best of Boston. Great Location!!

  • 5 of 5

Was in a great location for exercise, shopping, dining and close to the subway!! We went to Harvard each day and then road the Silver line to the airport. Love the shopping on Newbury!! Oh and the restaurants! The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Caroline is quick to respond to messages on the site.

Beautiful apartment condo in an ideal location

  • 5 of 5

I have been to Boston many times over the years, but this was by far my most enjoyable stay largely because of how much fun my family and I had in this beautifully decorated and furnished apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. While each day brought fun adventures to Boston's many historical attractions and neighborhoods, our favorite part was returning each night to relax in this neighborhood (which seemed to have everything we needed) and enjoying this apartment condo's relaxing ambience. The owner provided detailed, helpful instructions and people in the neighborhood were quire friendly. I particularly enjoyed easy access to the Charles River Esplanade and lovely morning walks and runs. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested in experiencing Boston like someone who actually lives there rather than as a tourist (even as you enjoy all of the cultural perks of outstanding tourist opportunities).

Comfortable and very well located Boston flat.

  • 4 of 5

The flat was very well located near Boston Common. Restaurants and convenience store very close. Quiet street in Beacon Hill. Comfortable accommodations. Nice kitchen and bathroom, and cozy living area. Ideal for a couple. Please note some annoying thumps and bumps from the gym below, but this was only a problem on the mornings when we slept in.

Great location!

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was very close to Boston Commons and the Public Gardens. There were lots of local places to eat. Grocery shopping was a little bit of a longer walk. The apartment was clean, with plenty of extra towels, paper products, etc. We spent most of our days touring Boston but this was a cozy place to come back to. The owner provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend the apartment to family/friends.

Great Location - Very Comfortable

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our time in Boston because of the great location and comfortable amenities. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in the area and it was a quiet neighborhood. We will book the same location in the future if it is available.

Perfect spot in Historic Boston

  • 5 of 5

Travelling as a couple in our early 60s, we really enjoyed this self contained second floor apartment in Beacon Hill. Perfect for walking (do a self guided walk of Mt Vernon St, the Black Heritage Trail and the Freedom Trail) and good access for the subway system. Compact but effective kitchen, pleasant, airy and spacious living room and a very comfortable bed and bathroom set up contributed to a totally enjoyable stay. Caroline was very easy to communicate with. We liked the old wooden if creaky floors and found the gym downstairs was noisy only on a weekday morning but not before we were awake anyway! We liked the "real home" feeling of the place and would stay here again!
