New kitchen, new bathroom, spacious bedroom, lofty ceilings and plenty of light from the tall windows make this place sparkle!
Quaint brick buildings, cobblestones and gas lamps, restaurants, cafes, fabulous bakeries and cute boutiques - this is your neighborhood. Leave your car behind and walk to everything!
With its attention to detail and comfort, this condo will welcome you back after a busy day exploring all that Boston has to offer.
Please note, there is no washer/dryer in the apartment, but there are plenty of laundry facilities on Charles Street.
The Boston Common Garage at Zero Charles St is just steps away.
Start your day with a run along the river, then take in some history on the Freedom Trail. Head over to Newbury Street for serious shopping, and in the evening choose from dozens of restaurants ranging from cozy pubs to world renowned, or catch a show in the Theatre District - it is all within a few minutes scenic walk.

My husband and I hail from Ireland and France originally, and met as students at UC Berkeley. We have lived in Boston for almost 3 decades, and absolutely love the city.
Owner purchased this Condo in 1996
Why Owner chose Downtown
Boston is beautiful, historic, the most European of American cities. It is very user-friendly, very walkable, and offers a wonderful array of activities and destinations within the city itself - something to delight everyone.

Great location. Quiet warm and comfortable
This is a very easy apartment to stay in. Just behind Charles Street in Beacon Hill and close to the Common. Lots of good shopping and restaurants nearby.
Excellent place and location
This place was perfect for our family of 4. Couldn't beat the location.....just a couple blocks from Boston Common and an easy walk to the subway. It really gave us a feel of how it would be to live in this historic city! So much better than a hotel! Would definitely stay here or in the larger apartment when visiting Boston in the future.
Little Jewel in Beacon Hill
Had a short but very nice stay in this lovely condo in the Beacon Hill neighborhood. Quiet street with lots of charm. It was only a block away from the Public Gardens and Boston Commons. And within walking distance of a grocery store and other small neighborhood shops.
The owner, Caroline, made sure the condo meet our expectations. She was reachable by phone if we had any questions. It was very clean. (One thing I must have in order to enjoy a stay away from home.) This one bedroom condo had a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room had a new queen size sofa bed. (Comfortable according to our 16 yr. old grandson.)
In order to access the bathroom you have to pass thru the bedroom. Any guests sleeping in the living room might want to know this in advance of stay. (We had no problem with the arrangement.)
There is a small gym down stairs that seemed to be open for business at 7am. Not really very bothersome to us as we get up early. But you could hear some of the "pumping iron" on the early side...just in case you like to sleep in.
I would definitely stay in this lovely condo again. It really felt like home away from home. Very cozy.
Cozy and perfect location
I was in Boston for a week to work, and the third nor'easter of the season landed with 14+ inches of snow. This was the perfect apt to wait out the blizzard, and the neighborhood was ideal for going out the day before and getting all my provisions. Plus, it was pretty!
The owner is most helpful, and answers immediately if you have any question whatsoever.
Great location and beautiful apt
This apt was perfect! Great location for sightseeing in Boston and right around the corner from lots of shops and restaurants. Caroline was responsive to all our questions and requests. Apartment was very clean and the pull out couch was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Caroline.
Excellent home and neighborhood experience
This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood - Beacon Hill - close to everything, with lots of great restaurants, pubs, a pizzareia and shops. The apt itself is spacious and very comfortable for one person. When I had a problem on the first night with the cable connection, Caroline was immediately responsive and got the problem fixed. I highly recommend this place, and am, in fact, returning again!
Other Activities: Shopping, Health/Beauty Spa, Boating
