1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Convertible bed(s), Sleeps 2-4

Renovated, sweet one-bedroom condo. The 500 square foot, 2nd floor apartment (that's a 1st floor in Europe) in an attractive brick building is in the very center of Boston's historic district on coveted Beacon Hill. Two blocks to the Boston Common and Public Garden! One block to the shops, boutiques and restaurants on Charles Street.

New kitchen, new bathroom, spacious bedroom, lofty ceilings and plenty of light from the tall windows make this place sparkle!

Quaint brick buildings, cobblestones and gas lamps, restaurants, cafes, fabulous bakeries and cute boutiques - this is your neighborhood. Leave your car behind and walk to everything!

With its attention to detail and comfort, this condo will welcome you back after a busy day exploring all that Boston has to offer.

Start your day with a run along the river, then take in some history on the Freedom Trail. Head over to Newbury Street for serious shopping, and in the evening choose from dozens of restaurants ranging from cozy pubs to world renowned, or catch a show in the Theatre District - it is all within a few minutes scenic walk.

Fantastic Apartment!

  • 5 of 5

We had such a wonderful time in Boston, even though the weather wasn't cooperative! The apartment was perfect...clean and cozy! The location could not have been better. There were great restaurants, shops and little markets nearby, so we were able to bring groceries back to cook in the cute little kitchen. The "T" was within walking distance, which made it so easy to get to places we wanted to visit...JFK Library,The Freedom Trail,Boston Common and more! We would definitely rent this apartment again! Thanks, Caroline!

Perfect location and great host!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful stay at Caroline's place. The apartment is perfectly located to be able to walk to almost all the attractions (assuming you are a little bit fit). The apartment is comfortable for two with a pull out sofa for two more. The instructions were easy. Caroline is a super host. We didn't meet her personally, but she really goes out of her way to make sure the instructions are perfectly clear and they were!

Tidy apartment in Fantastic, Historic neighborhood!

  • 5 of 5

Caroline's apartment gives you everything you need for a brief or extended stay. The apartment was great, very comfy and quiet, but the location, the neighborhood! Wow! We walked the neighborhood every night! Close by restaurants, groceries, Boston Commons and Public Garden across the street, subway 5-7 min walk. We enjoyed a 30 minute walk to Fenway Park, took the subway back, walked across Boston Commons to start the freedom trail, took the green line to the Museum of Fine Arts, red line to Harvard Square. Wish we could have stayed a month! Thanks Caroline, we had a great time!

Charming!!

  • 5 of 5

This was the perfect set up in the perfect location! Wasn't too big but wasn't too small. Had everything we needed while staying there. Charming area overall. My only issue was the flaking of the couch, but we weren't sitting that often ;). I would recommend this to anyone.

Owner's Response: Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your great review, and for the compliments. I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you, too, for telling me about the couch. My husband and I check the apartment regularly, and we had not noticed any flaking. It seems to have happened suddenly. Sincere apologies, and thanks for being so nice about it! We immediately ordered a new sleep sofa, scheduled to be delivered on September 6. Thanks again for the valuable feedback. Best regards, Caroline

Great Location!!

  • 5 of 5

Was in a great location for exercise, shopping, dining and close to the subway!! We went to Harvard each day and then road the Silver line to the airport. Love the shopping on Newbury!! Oh and the restaurants! The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Caroline is quick to respond to messages on the site.
