Loved it! Beautiful up to date condo - clean, neat and comfy. Walking distance to Lift and to town.
We really enjoed staying here. The only thing we never figured it out how to turned it on it was the fireplace so just make sure and ask at the office before you get there to see if it works. The wi-fi also not good at all ,but everything else its real nice. We enjoyed the view!
The size of this unit was nice. The downfall of this unit was the comfort of the beds. The queen in the room upstairs was very uncomfortable. I suggest adding a topper to it. There is a sun window in the "master" room that let's in a lot of light in morning. I suggest creating some sheet or barrier if you want to sleep in a little. We had to shove pillows in the sun-window to keep light out. The walls are very thin in this unit, and you can hear the neighbors talking, coughing, especially when you lay down to go to bed.
The kids slept upstairs on the sleeper sofa. They are usually game for sleeping on floor or camping out, but were very uncomfortable on the sofa beds upstairs. I was surprised to hear complaining as they are troopers, until I laid on it. ( the second sofa had a sleeper sofa and they said it was way better than this unit)
Compared to the second place we stayed, the kitchen in this unit did not seem to have as many "at home" kitchen items or games like checkers. The coffee grinder needs to be replaced by the owner or removed. The management was nice enough to replace the broken mixer. It would be cool if the owner would add a blender and/or some sort of chopping appliance to make stuff like salsa.
If someone has bad knees or hips, would not suggest this unit. It's on third floor and then obviously the steps to go to the two sleep areas upstairs. Plus, the laundry room is in the complex just across the way but not in the same building. There are 2 washers/ 2 dryers. ( take quarters and soap). The hot tub is not far from this unit but a little bit of a walk. Be sure to take your towels, robes with you. You will walk through snow path to get to them. The hot tubs were good, one night bubbles didn't work- but they did fix. The main benefit of this unit is that it is a close walk to lots of stuff, close to bus stop, close to rentals, and it's pretty big. It is roomie for the price- so if you have a few people coming you won't feel on top of each other. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms with showers.
Once the owner adds topper, cushion, foam...something to beds- I would recommend more. . The management team was prompt, sweet, helpful. They came immediately to fix television and replace the mixer. The management team was outstanding and easy to work with...I would highly recommend renting from this group.
We enjoyed this place a lot!!! It is perfectly located for a full Breckenridge experience!! Hope to stay here again!
Perfect unit for a few nights, though the pullout couch is a bit uncomfortable (the pictures I looked at when I booked it showed a futon, but that wasn't the case when we arrived). Location is great. A quick walk up to the snowflake lift, and then can ski down 4 O'Clock run at the end of the day, walk across the street and your back.
The property location is very nice. It is a quick two minute walk to the bus route. The Snowflake lift is the next stop on the bus route for access to the mountain. The walk to Snowflake is approximately five minutes. The ski in access on four O'clock works out nicely. The walk from Four O'clock run to the unit is about three minutes. We did not walk to town due to temps, but it would not be far if you chose to do so. The unit itself is updated nicely with new appliances. The two full baths are recently updated as well. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this unit and would return. Some might not like walking upstairs to the bedroom and loft area. I found the separation in living and bedroom space a benefit.
