This modern well appointed holiday house is easy to locate
just off the main lakeside road.
Situated on a quiet tree-lined street the house is warm with a
heat pump in the living area, electric heater (portable) plus under
floor heating in bathrooms including separate toilet.
Large windows capture all day sun and give great views of the mountains.
Spacious kitchen/living area and bedrooms.
Other appliances include hairdryer, electric wok and small fridge in garage.
Double garage with ski rack and double electric boot dryer.
2 x mountain bike and helmets available for guest use.
Children's sandpit with lid to keep the little ones amused.
Off-street parking. Close to ski fields.

The property was amazing it had everything we needed and more it was securer our children , in a lovely area close to everything but not too close , it was nice and quiet and private. The home is beautiful and modern. I wish we didn't have to leave!

Great house heated floors are great modern and comfortable wifi would have been great as international guests but plenty of free wifi spots at local resteraunts and pubs
The house was fabulous. It was exactly what we were after - a great layout, warm, immaculately tidy with so many extra well thought out touches to make it a very easy and enjoyable place to stay. The location was perfect - views of the lake, all day sun and a close walk to town without the noise associated with being near all the bars and shops. We had such a lovely time in Wanaka and skiing at Cardrona we are already thinking about next year.
