Home is adjacent to Bright Leaf Preserve and 15 minutes from downtown. Three floors with two master suites with views of the valley. Exceptionally quiet and on a cul de sac with ample free parking. Chef’s kitchen with Wolf induction range and complete set of pots, pans and spices.

Home has an exercise room with tread mill, stationary bike and limited free weights. Beautiful custom steam shower and heated and gated pool. Second kitchen on ground floor. Great for families.

We own a ranch on the coast so this is our second home. Have family with grandchild 15 minutes away so we use this home about 50 % of the time when not used by our guests.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet neighborhood that is very peaceful. Great bird watching from back porch.

What makes this property unique

Great view. Separate living space if wanted for kids. Since we have grandkids, we have lots of toys and cribs available. Just ask!
