-**To our early season guests: The condo is not ski-in, ski-out until both the Snowflake lift and the lower Four O'Clock run open. These are not always accessible on opening day, as they are dependent on snow coverage. They do tend to open up fairly early in the season, (roughly Thanksgiving time, but no guarantees!).**

Seriously, stop looking, you found the perfect place. Reasonably priced, close to EVERYTHING, and the condo is well-equipped with the kitchen/entertainment essentials you need for a weekend away. We loved our time here and look forward to staying again soon!
My wife and I consistently come up and stay at this Condo. I get to bring work up (good wifi) and then we jump on the Snowflake lift and head up the mountain. Then later, head down the 4'oclock and it literally splits off in front of the condo. Can't beat the accessibility. We'll try and take one more trip up there before the season ends!
My friends and I had the perfect stay at this condo. The location is great - its right across the street from the Snowflake lift, a short walk into town/Main St and next to a bus stop. The condo itself is wonderful - its a nice sized space and clean with a full kitchen, fireplace (easy to use), washer/dryer and balconies. The staff at Evolve was excellent and addressed any questions we had right away. It was a pleasure to work with them! My friends and I cannot wait to stay in this condo again!
Fun weekend with out-of-town friends. The condo was very nice - good open living/dining space, nice fireplace, relatively updated, and split level with bedrooms on the upper level. It's conveniently located across from one of the Breck lifts, and only a few blocks from main street. We were hoping to take advantage of the lift, but snow hadn't fallen yet. If there were snow, it would have been very convenient.
I loved everything about this place! Nice upgrades and furniture. Clean and well maintained. Easy access into town, skiing, and to beautiful hiking trails. Cozy fireplace with flat screen t.v.'s in each room to entertain the children! Spacious enough for a group of friends to stay. All of the amenities and more included! They even have a Keurig and a regular coffee maker to please the crowd. We appreciated the nice touches provided by the owner, such as shampoo, soap, sugar and spices. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Breckenridge! So in love with this place!
Perfect condo for a quick getaway to the mountains. The condo is just a few blocks away from Main Street where all of the action is, as well as right near the hiking trails/ski lifts. Condo was in great shape and was very comfortable. Highly recommended!
