Really very nice! The property met all of our expectations.

The penthouse suite was perfect for our needs: four adults vacationing. The accommodations were great, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We especially liked this location because it was easy to walk everywhere. Crescent Beach State Park is a very short drive, and the weather was beautiful.

Amazing place in a great location!

Overall was super convenient from the directions to access parking and entry to the apartment. Location couldn't have been better for my family, with world-class dining options just outside the door. My 2 yr old daughter loved the place, from the big windows to watch birds and the boats, to ample space for her to burn off the ice cream energy from Captain Sam's across the street. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we plan to visit Portland Maine!

Very nice way to enjoy Portland

This is a very nice property and the location is the best feature. Everything you really need is within walking distance. The condo is cozy with a lovely view. The parking pass is appreciated, as it would be virtually impossible to find a place to park in downtown Portland without the pass. The downside side is you really can't drive up in front of the condo during the day to unload luggage or shopping purchases - the parking spots in front of the building are always occupied. We struggled a bit with that, and eventually did what everyone in Portland seems to do: double parked illegally on Pearl Street to drag in our bags. It's a minor complaint, and overall we were very happy to stay in this unit. We hope to return again.
