I would have to say this is one of the most unique properties I've had the opportunity to stay in. As previous guests have commented, this was a optimal location. Convenient to downtown, walking distance to the waterfront and great restaurants. Scott was an excellent host, immediately available and approachable

If you are looking for an upscale alternative to a hotel, you couldn't choose better than this.

Amazing

This is my second time to stay here...I will be back. Gorgeous views, stunning decor, fully stocked with kitchen equipment. Scott is so helpful and informative. The pictures don't even do this property justice. I stay in a lot of VRBOs and this is by far the nicest I've ever stayed!

Great location. Contemporary furnishings and fixtures in this high end property. Excellent and very responsive communication from the owner. Would definitely stay here again on another visit.

THE place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I drove up from NC with a short stay in Boston OTW to catch one of big Papi's last ball games. So by the time we arrived we had been on the road for around 15 hours over the past 2 days. We were not disappointed! The apartment was more than ready and welcoming. We were able to unload all of our luggage right near the sidewalk and get it in the "lobby" area with no issue even with the considerable amount of traffic. The parking pass provided by Scott (the owner) ensured we were able to park in an easily accessible and tended lot a short walk from the front door. When we got upstairs the apartment was spectacular! In both its cleanliness and awesome view we knew that we had picked the best spot in Portland. The pictures don't do it justice. It may seem really bustling outside but as soon as you're upstairs you feel right at home. Scott was very easy to contact and even had us a map waiting with a layout of the city and what it had to offer as well as recommendations for eateries and local establishments for supplies such as coffee, groceries, craft beer, etc. As far as the room you could easily sleep 4 people and maybe a couple more if you used the couch. We only had 2. And it was perfect without feeling too large. Kitchen was fully stocked with what you would need to cook any meals. As the area goes we felt very safe and at the same time we could walk pretty much everywhere. We only moved our vehicle once and that was for a short ride to Freeport and we were able to get in and out of the lot without issue. All in all great property in a great city. Definitely worth the money.

This property exceeded expectations

  • 5 of 5

This property was beautiful online, but even better in person. The location makes it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and tours. When you need to drive, the parking permit for a lot just blocks away was a huge plus. And the balcony provided a great view of the water, the downtown, and the cruise ships coming in and out of the bay.

Scott took good care of us in a very warm and professional manner.

The only downfall of this place is the noise level at night. We stayed five nights and three of them were pretty noisy until one/one thirty. That's the trade off for being in the middle of things. If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The security of this property, however, is excellent so we never felt unsafe!

If I get the chance to return to Portland, I would stay here again.
