Walking distance to the best shopping in the state, great restaurants, but far enough off the main roads to offer peace and quiet. Even for those coming in town for conventions, Buckhead is only a 10-15 minute drive and a much more vibrant and exciting (and safe) place to stay!

Loved this property and the location. So convenient to marta, walking distance to to the grocery store. Clean, welcoming and overall fantastic property.
Arrived in Atlanta on Sunday for a quick trip and had an amazing time! Could not say more nice things about the condo, the location and the people we booked with. The beds were soft, the condo was spotless and spacious, the furniture was comfortable and the pool was a nice bonus! This has to be one of the best locations in Buckhead. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants and maybe it should be considered a negative how close all the shopping was....guess that is a positive for everything, but my credit cards! This was the quick getaway and we would highly recommend it!
We could use many words to describe this apartment, but "luxury" is not one of them. We have rented 8 HomeAway listed properties over the past 2 years and this was by far the worst.
The entire complex is tired and shabby. Paint is peeling and the carpets are dirty in the hallways; the elevators are slow, hot, and dirty; and the parking space is not protected--we were forced to park on the roof in Visitors spaces and walk stairs in 95 degree heat as other cars were using our "reserved" space. Messages to the manager were not returned.
The unit itself is spacious as described, but it is in need of a thorough cleaning and refurbishment. While the beds are comfortable, sleep was still difficult due to the all-night noises coming through the thin walls from the apartment next door. The shower head drips constantly with a heavy coating of mold on the stall floor being the result. There are large signs warning customers of the heavy fines they will face for various infractions of the rules.
In short, this place is more suited to college kids looking for a party place than adults looking for an alternative to a 4-Star hotel. If you are seeking First Class accommodation in Atlanta, stay away from this one.
We were so happy when we arrived for our long week-end to watch a Braves game! The condo is beautiful and the entire complex is gorgeous! We felt so safe in the area. We were able to walk pick up groceries, and enjoyed time by the pool in the Atlanta heat. Everything in the room was upscale from the towels, to the bed, to the ease of parking. I would highly reccomend this for anyone coming to the city.
This property is in the heart of it all. 10 minutes to Downtown/Convention Center, less than a mile from the major highways 400/85, walking distance to Phipps and Lenox and only 10-15 minutes from some of Atlanta's top attractions like the Zoo, Braves, Falcons, World of Coke, High Museum of Art, Fox Theater, and more.
