Brand new listing, everything inside is new. Best of both worlds, this 3 bedroom two bath house is conveniently located close to a neat mountain town yet 15 minutes away, with tons of solitude. 45 minutes to the north is the GRAND CANYON! Hunters will enjoy a comfortable stomp to scout from. Vacationers will be able to stock the cabin and do day runs to the most incredible area that includes indian ruins, landscape, animals watching, fishing etc.
I moved to Flagstaff 20 years ago from Russia. Currently I fish in AK over the summertime as a commercial fisherman. It is my goal to bring Wild caught AK fish to the states so everyone can enjoy the most nutritious meal.
Sergei's cabin was the perfect location for visiting the Grand Canyon. The South Rim is about a 45 minute drive and Williams is only 15 minutes away. We drove into Williams for dinner and really enjoyed the atmosphere there. Our 4 kids (ages 17, 15, 12, 8) really enjoyed the western theming throughout the cabin. The beds were extremely comfortable and 2 bathrooms made getting ready quick and easy. Sergei stocked the kitchen with many things as an added bonus. My 15 year old was very happy to see Easy Mac! And all of the kids enjoyed eating popcorn while we watched Netflix through the Roku provided on the tv. Although it was brutally hot, we were still able to enjoy the lovely patio outside in the evening. We brought our hammock and the 15 year old enjoyed reading a book by candlelight one evening. Sergei responded immediately when I messaged him and was readily available. We loved having a full size washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful and comfortable stay! We had lots of privacy! The views from the cabin are absolutely breathtaking and any issues we had we're dealt with quickly and professionally. We would definitely recommend it for anyone wishing to stay in the area.
We stayed here for 2 nights in mid July on our way to the Grand Canyon. While we were a little worried as we drove the dirt and pot-hole riddled road to the house, once we arrived and checked it out we were very happy. The inside is all brand new and looks just like it does in the pictures on the web site.
The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen has brand new appliances and is very nice. We made fires out on the patio both nights, made S'mores, and enjoyed the stars that we don't get to see at home. So pretty. We had 2 kids and 4 adults and all slept comfortably and easily.
It is a very short drive to Williams where you can eat dinner, ride the Zip line (our kids loved that), shop at Safeway to stock up on supplies, and just enjoy the town. Williams is a neat little town.
The Grand Canyon was an easy drive the day we went there, and an easy drive back.
The house also has a garage you can park your car(s) in which was a nice bonus.
One tip, don't leave the porch light on when you leave to go to Williams our out as the moths gather quickly and heavily and it's hard to keep them out when you go in the door!
Mary, who is a neighbor and helps maintain the property was very nice, responsive, and helpful whenever we had a question with anything. She was great.
Definitely recommend this place if you are going to GC.
We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! De contactpersonen waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. En de overkapping buiten is perfect om lekker te barbecueën en bij de openhaard te zitten! Top!
