Remodeled, modern, & convenient 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the first floor of a 7 unit building near the heart of Beverly Hills. Beverly Drive is a 10min walk & Rodeo Drive is a 20min walk. Parking space available. Monthly rentals preferred.
The master bedroom has a king size, memory foam bed. Living room has white leather couch and modern black floors. Features include recently updated kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of closet space, hardwood floors, and extra sheets/towels.

First time to LA for medical reasons. Cedars hospital very close , 5 min drive. Apt is Walking distance to Starbucks, sushi place and 1 other restaurant. Grocery store is 5 min drive , CVS is 2 min drive. Apt needs upgrading but fairly clean. Bathroom needs a lot of work. Check in was easy, parking port was nice to have, laundry room was kind of gross but got one load done over our 7 days here. Loved that it had a toaster and loved the new floors. Didn't like that there was pieces of wood and "stuff" right on the nice little patio so couldn't sit outside. Needs a new stove for sure. Only 1 window AC for whole apt. Glendy was easy to communicate with. Overall pleasant stay.
This was my first stay at Glendys Apartment. This was also my first time checking out Home away. I arrived at this apartment & was very disappointed. The pictures were very deceiving. Firstly the description of there being washing facilities was not clear. They were not in the apartment but in the communal area around the back. That should have been made clear on the Ad. This happened a lot, another example was the towels which are apparently provided. On my reservation I booked for 2 people checking in, we arrived & there was only 1 towel & when I contacted Glendy she said she would arrange to get some in a few days. I then had to remind her as she didn't show up & to my shock my messages were ignored. We had to ask her neighbor in the end who gave us towels which smelled of cigarette smoke really badly. Not his fault of course but Glendy gave his apartment number to us when we first arrived to pick up our keys so I assumed he was her point of contact. The bathroom had mould, The sofa had stains & when opening the curtains the rail fell which was very dangerous. The TV worked occasionally but the service wasn't great which also effected the wifi.
There was also a weird smell in the bedroom which was like melted iron coming through from the vent by the window.
This apartment felt like a cell, every window faced a wall or bush so it was quite depressing waking up to it everyday. I would not stay here again.
Glendy apartments are very good, I'm glad that stay there! there is everything you need, very spacious and clean. and a great location. Glenda is very hospitable and always available for different situations. Thank you dear Glendy
This is my second stay at the property. Enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. Smelled fresh too. Assigned parking spot was a lot easy to go in and out. Much improved this time. And Glendy is prompt and accessible in responding to my questions. Thank you very much, Glendy.
Good: spacious property, excellent location, including a parking spot and prompt response from owner. Improvement needed: somewhat spartan in supplies (e.g. no Kleenex or hand soft-soap), dusty wall and grilles, moldy shower, electrical receptacles and wall plates not tightened, missing electrical outlet near nightstands (can't charge my phone conveniently at night), bathroom light too dim and glass shade was separated from light and placed on the side. Bad: parking spot is tight and it is quite difficult to maneuver in and out; missing Cable TV.
Great little place, very cozy and clean. Great location right by the starbucks and and a couple other nice spots. Landlord was extremely accommodating and helpful. (Got locked out and was immediately assisted). Would highly recommend this perfect little spot!
Beverly Hills is one of the most desired locations in Los Angeles, not only because of the beauty, sites and safety but also because it is the most central point in Los Angeles, therefore easy to get to all main attractions.
