We loved our Toronto visit and this perfect condo!
Talk about hitting the mark! Beautiful views.
We came to town for a week as a couple from CA, USA to attend the International Builders Show and visit beautiful Toronto.
This condo #1211 fit our needs perfectly!
Everything was close by, easy access and we never needed a car. Some quick hi-lights:
-We took the UP train from Pearson to union station and rolled our bags to the condo. No lifting. Stoped for groceries. 7 min. Walk to the condo from Union.
-Great public transportation is just across the street.
-Solbys, a nice full market is just across the street.
-We walked everywhere. Safe and very clean.
-Our view from the condo amazed us. We watched the night city glow and harbor business unfold daily.
-The condo had everything we needed, as we prefer fresh "cooking in" to eating out. Plenty of places to grab a bite right by the condo. A Starbucks is in the same building at street level.
-Natalia was a helpful & wonderful hostess and refunded deposit promptly.
-The condo was very clean, modern and comfy. Wifi worked perfect. TV was dandy. We felt home based immediately upon arrival.
-The main attractions are a short walk away from the front door. [CN Tower, ACC, Underground, Union Station, Rodgers, Eaton and the lovely city heart.]
-The 2-bedroom 2-bath worked great for us as a couple. The second bedroom/den is simi-private.
-The kitchen also has all the basics to cook with. [salt pepper oils seasonings]
-Overall, we enjoyed our delightful stay and the hostess very much! She was just a call or email away. A perfect week for us in Toronto.
Visit: Dec. 2016
This condo was great for our young family. Location was perfect for walking to the tower and aquarium, there are a couple of parks nearby also. My 2 year old loved sitting in the sun room watching the planes and helicopters come and go over the harbour. Union station is just a couple of blocks away and streetcar access is right outside the door. Lots of good food options nearby as well. In the condo we found everything we needed for our stay, and there is a sobeys right across the street. The layout is a bit different but it totally worked for our family of five.
Natalia (the owner) was wonderful. She answered our many questions in the days before our trip, and was easily accessible while we were staying. Both Natalia and the condo were huge parts in making this trip a most amazing and memorable first time experience for our family, and we look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you Natalia!
Hi, I traveled from Mexico to Toronto for business and pleasure.
I find the condo to be a perfect fit as it has an amazing location and every little detail is very well organized by the host.
The price is more than fair and will definitively recommend it to anyone looking to have the Toronto-City experience.
Quiet and clean.
Will definitively use it again when we come back to Toronto.
Thanks Natalia for your hospitality.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is perfect. Very close to Union station and the views from the balcony are amazing! Very happy with our stay here and we hope to book again soon.
Natalia was easy to work with and made the arrival process very easy after a long day of travel. The condo is located in the Entertainment District so it is close to the aquarium, Rogers Center, Tower, Air Canada Center, and many nice restaurants and shops. It has a fantastic view of the lake and harbor front! Union Station is only a few blocks away so taking the UP train from the airport was super easy. The trolley runs right in front of the building and bus and metro stations are close and convenient as well. There is a grocery store right across the street and a larger one only two blocks away. Also, a very nice coffee bar nearby as well as Starbucks and other take out food places on the ground floor of the building. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need for basic cooking. It was great for my friend and I and would be perfect for a couple with a child. I loved the pool and work out areas. The building feels very safe and is clean and quiet. I would definitely rent this condo again the next time I am in Toronto!
The apartment was right down at the waterfront in Toronto, looking onto the lake with an amazing view, over to the island. We spent many happy evenings watching the world go by (and the little planes from the city airport), firstly from the indoor balcony, and as the weather warmed up, from the outside one.
Natalia couldn't have been more helpful in the lead up to our trip - she provided every bit of information that we needed, including the layout plan as we had three children with us, so she wanted to ensure that we were happy that there were only two bedrooms. We had planned to have someone sleep in the sitting room, but our boys preferred to share the smaller room, so we were all very happy.
The apartment had everything a family (or couple) could need - a big washing machine and tumble dryer to keep ourselves up to date with washing, great kitchen facilities and loads of storage space.
The swimming pool within the building was a huge bonus to our three very energetic children when it was so cold outside.
The location was right opposite a streetcar stop, and for anything that we couldn't walk to (which wasn't very much at all), we got the streetcars and subway very easily. The apartment had several excellent grocery stores - one right across the road, and one less than 5 minutes walk away, as well as loads of places to eat and drink within a few blocks. Almost everything we wanted to visit was walkable (some fairly long walks), but we took streetcars partly for the fun!
The CN tower being so close was amazing too - another great view in the evenings as the colours changed, as well as being close to the baseball stadium - it really felt like we were right at the centre of things, but so many floors up that it wasn't noisy.
We knew that there were children in neighbouring apartments, but the sound proofing was excellent so there was no noise at all from any other apartments.
I couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough. I'm only sorry that I forgot to come back and review it straight away (sorry Natalia!), but we had an amazing three week stay here, and if we ever make it back over to Toronto (fingers crossed) we would have no hesitation in staying there again. Just fantastic.
