Spacious 5 Bedroom Custom Home On 1/2 Acre!

This is a family friendly 5 Bedroom, 3 full bath, Santa Fe style home. It is located within minutes of all the wonderful activities this area has to offer! The master suite has California king bed, whirlpool tub, separate shower, and walk in closet. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds that share a bathroom. A bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with two XL twin beds share a bathroom on the opposite side of the house. The open floor plan features 10 foot ceilings throughout the house and spacious rooms. Each room has its own ceiling fan. Don't worry about running out of hot water, this house has a tank-less on demand water heating system. The great room is equipped with a cable TV and a wood burning fireplace. Off the great room is the kitchen. The kitchen features a double convection oven, induction cook-top, microwave, reverse osmosis water system, a large refrigerator with ice make and plenty of counter space as well as a large pantry. The laundry room provides a large, front loading washing machine and large capacity dryer. The entire house has is wired for high-speed internet and Wi-Fi. The front door has key-less entry so you don not need to worry about forgetting the keys. Out back is a Lanai with gas BBQ, extra Refrigerator and outdoor seating. About Chuck or Kathleen

Our family moved to Page in 2005. Prior to moving to Page, we lived in Nanjemoy, Maryland for 4 years and Las Vegas, Nevada for 17 years. Our children have grown and moved out to pursue their own lives and we are left with an empty nest. We are both teachers and spend most of our summers in our camper visiting our children and grandchild. Rather than leave the house empty all summer, we decided to make our house available to visitors of Page.

Why Chuck or Kathleen chose Lake Powell

We love outdoor activities especially on the water. The big draw to this area was Lake Powell. In addition to the lake, we also enjoy ATV riding, motorcycle riding, and hiking. Page is located in the Grand Circle and gives us plenty of areas to partake in the actives we enjoy

What makes this house unique

Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood and on a corner lot. It is a 5 bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms. Out back, there is a lanai with a grill and ceiling fan to enjoy the warm summer nights. The house is extra insulated and is easy to keep cool during the hot days. An added bonus is we have plenty of additional parking for boats and other assorted toys.

Fun times at Lake Powell!!

The house was perfect! The layout is great for multi family use. The bedrooms are all built around the main living area and kitchen. The location is also great. It's right between Wahweep and Antelope Point Marinas. There is also shopping and restaurants close by. We would definitely rent here again!!

Great location, great value, very clean.

We stayed in this home for one week for a vacation in Lake Powell. We had 8 adults and 3 children, and the home worked perfectly for us. We were not crowded in the least. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside patio with the barbeque grill in the evenings for cooking. This house has all of the cooking amenities you could ever need, and everything in the house worked well. Chuck was very easy to work with and even accomodated our arriving a little earlier than anticipated so we could check into the house early. I have rented several VRBO's, and this home is on par with any I have rented. The location was a big plus for us as well - easy to get Walmart, gas station etc., but only 10 minutes from Antelope marina. I would rent this home again.

Chuck Manz Home 570 Pinto Road, Page, AZ

This house was perfect! This 5 bedroom house was everything that we were hoping for. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to all of the conveniences. The inside and outside of the home are beautifully maintained. When my husband mentioned that we were going to visit the Navajo Reservation, Chuck (the owner) purchased a detailed guide book for the reservation and had it placed in the house before our arrival. When my husband asked about ORV trails, Chuck (the owner) met with him on our first day to show him the trails and to provide him with a map of the area. We could access the sand trails for the ORV at the end of the road, which eliminated the need to haul the ORV on the trailer to our riding destination each day. We loved being able to hop in the ORV and head out on the trails right from the house. Chuck and Kathleen have a collection of visitors guides in the home for easy and quick viewing of the events and activities in the area. The directions for the house are neatly organized in a binder on the desk. They even have a book shelf with books to read while you're visiting. The house was extremely comfortable, clean, and well decorated. The beds are very comfortable! I slept better on their bed than I do my own bed at home. There are ceiling fans to circulate the air conditioning in all of the rooms. The kitchen is well stocked with top-of-the-line appliances and all of the utensils, bake ware, and dishes that anyone would need. We enjoyed the in-line gas BBQ on the patio and spent a good portion of our evenings sitting on the patio after dinner. They have a large fan on the back patio, which we enjoyed as well. They even have a refrigerator on the back patio, which we used for all of our sodas and to store the ice to stock the coolers next day's adventures. We liked the flexibility of renting a house on land, rather than a houseboat on Lake Powell. This gave us the opportunity to do more things in a convenient fashion. We rented a boat on Lake Powell for one day, took the Upper Antelope Canyon Tour, visited the Navajo Reservation, Horseshoe Bend, etc. Most of our family lives in the Seattle area. So, we were a little worried about choosing to the desert as a vacation spot at the end of July. However, we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for us. As we pulled away from the house I was thinking about how much fun it would be to come back with our friends for another get-away in the spring or the fall. Great place!
