Want to be in the heart of the city without bringing it home with you? This beautiful two bedroom, 1.75 bathroom condo is one of our quietest units, overlooking an interior courtyard in one of Seattle's premier Belltown addresses.
This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.
It is one of the rare vacation properties in the Belltown neighborhood with two bathrooms, so don't let this one get away! It is perfect for family vacations, business associates or a girlfriends weekend away.
Building features include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise facilities, as well as a rooftop deck with gas BBQs and 180-degree views of Puget Sound. Step out your door to various restaurants, a locally famous bakery and cafe or smal grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. The building is also 4 blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to the new Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park. Make your vacation one to remember, stay at the Belltown Court!
Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
This condo was spacious and in a great location for our trip to Seattle. We were able to walk to many restaurants and attractions. Our group of 6 had plenty of room, although one of the bedrooms does not have a closet. This was not a big deal since we were only there a few days. The condo was fairly clean, but I only gave four stars because there were some stains on the sheets and some large crumbs on the floor under the coffee table that we moved to use the sleeper sofa.
Working with the rental agency was easy, and our check in was quick. We arrived late at night (around 10:45pm) but received a warm welcome and introduction that covered all we needed to know.
Loved the location, the size, the decor, and the cleanliness. Very friendly staff there to greet us. Will definitely book again if back in Seattle. We are active people so had no problem walking back to condo after Seahawks game. No need for transit as walk was about 25 minutes. Thanks for every thing.
My husband and I traveled to Seattle with another couple. It was a first trip here for all four of us. This was the first time my husband and I had stayed at a VRBO. An excellent experience!
As soon as you book, you receive messages from Seattle Oasis that are very clear and helpful. We asked if we could drop our bags off as we flew in quite a bit earlier than the 4:00 check-in. Seattle Oasis could not have been more helpful. A representative met us and we were able to leave our bags in the condo and have the rest of the day exploring Seattle.
The condo is about a mile from Pike's Market and other attractions such as the Space Needle. Very convenient for us as we did not mind walking and felt we experienced Seattle more since we were walking. Great bakery, Macrina, next door to the condo--had our breakfast from there several mornings. There is a covered parking space included in the price of the condo. From other friends' experience with paying to park at a hotel, this is great if you have a car.
My husband, my friends, and I highly recommend this condo especially if you need two baths.
Thanks, Seattle Oasis, for contributing to a great trip!
This condo is wonderful. Comfortable beds, a very well equipped kitchen.. and it's location is perfect! 5 blocks from Pike Place Market! And 6 blocks from the Seattle Science Center. There is coffee, restaurants, bakeries, and a mini mart, all within 3 blocks!
Stay here. You Wong regret it!
The condo was exactly as described and pictured on VRBO. Communication throughout the reservation and deposit process was quick and smooth. Check-in directions were sent ahead of time, and checking in was easy. I've done lots of VRBO rentals, and it is a big plus to feel confident about what you are getting all the way through the transaction.
If you are bringing a car, be aware that the parking space is next to a column in the garage, so if a car is in the space next to it, it can be a tight squeeze for a larger vehicle. We were happy to be driving a compact rental! The condo had plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make full meals.
There were very few rentals in the city that had more than one full bathroom when I was shopping. Having the second full bathroom made this perfect, since we were traveling with another couple. To rent two hotel rooms in the city would have been much more expensive, and we would not have had the use of a kitchen and included parking.
Depending on your experience with urban neighborhoods, you may or may not take note of the panhandlers and folks wandering about or camped out in doorways - nowhere near as bad as in San Francisco, but a few more than I was expecting. That seemed to be true in all the neighborhoods we saw, though, so it isn't as if the condo is in a bad area specifically... I'm just used to the suburbs!
We would definitely stay there again if visiting Seattle. We did everything we wanted to in the city by walking; only took the car out to see Mt Rainier, which is about a 2 hour drive away.
The management company was very attentive, checking us in, helping us with bag storage when we check out, delivered glasses that were missing immediately and following up to see if we needed anything. Condo was well situated, clean and a bakery and small grocery store next door where they sold cold wine. What could be better than a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the ocean!!
Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
