About the property

Bedrooms 2, Bathrooms 2, Sleeps 6

Want to be in the heart of the city without bringing it home with you? This beautiful two bedroom, 1.75 bathroom condo is one of our quietest units, overlooking an interior courtyard in one of Seattle's premier Belltown addresses.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

It is one of the rare vacation properties in the Belltown neighborhood with two bathrooms, so don't let this one get away! It is perfect for family vacations, business associates or a girlfriends weekend away.

Building features include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise facilities, as well as a rooftop deck with gas BBQs and 180-degree views of Puget Sound. Step out your door to various restaurants, a locally famous bakery and cafe or smal grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. The building is also 4 blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to the new Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park. Make your vacation one to remember, stay at the Belltown Court!

Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

Great Location...Nice and clean property

  • 5 of 5

There were four of us for a four night stay at this property. We loved it. Had everything we needed. The best part was the location, we couldn't have ended up staying in a better location for what we were there for...nightlife! Everything pretty much in walking distance and very close to the waterfront. Would definitely stay here again!

Centrally located, easy walking, and nice and clean

  • 5 of 5

The property was everything the listing promised. We were greeted promptly and given a thorough tour and recommendations for things to see and do in the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance of Pike Place, the Space Needle, the Aquarium, and the Stadiums. Easy walk to the light rail transit also. Cyclops Restaurant across the street and the Macrina Bakery in the same building are highly recommended eateries.

Great place and location

  • 5 of 5

Loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and well stocked. The whole process of booking to being greeted upon arrival was exceptional. The location was superb, just a few short blocks to Pikes Market. We frequented the Macrina bakery probably too many times. I was so excited they had DELICIOUS gluten-free options! We also went to Cyclops across the street for three meals that were outstanding. The only thing that would've made the stay absolutely perfect would be having a larger hot water tank. Perhaps this is part of Seattle's environmentally friendly policy to take very quick showers! ;) Will definitely recommend Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals and this condo!

Spacious, secure, and clean unit within walking distance to several Seattle must-see attractions!

  • 4 of 5

Overall, a nice, quiet place within walking distance to several of Seattle's best attractions (Pikes, The Space Needle, Science Center, and Aquarium). We were elated to find a secure parking place for our car while we stayed, at no extra charge. It was spacious for our family of four and with a TV in every room, we could all enjoy our own space when we were tired from the excitement of our daily adventures. The condo faced the courtyard, so we didn't have a lot of city noise, which was nice. We ordered in for dinner most nights, but the kitchen was well stocked were we to need to cook. We used the pool (which was quite chilly!), hot tub, and sauna as well.

We did hear the occasional "feet" from the unit above us, but not bothersome. There was one minor housekeeping oversight; we found a few clothing items from the previous tenants behind the living room curtains. Otherwise, it was very clean. The beverages, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and earplugs provided were a nice touch.

Adding a few extra beach towels for the pool and a city map for new guests would be welcome additions to the unit.

Thanks for a wonderful stay. We would gladly come again!

Great location!

  • 4 of 5

Went to Seattle this past weekend on a girl's trip. The condo was perfect for 5 girls. It was centrally located and very clean. Lots of places to eat in walking distance and close to downtown shopping and Pike Place Market. There's a great bakery downstairs and a convenience store on the corner for snacks, water, etc. If we were staying longer, we would have loved to cook in the kitchen but time did not permit. Couple of complaints: some of the girls had a hard time sleeping on Saturday night due to the elevator ringing (the unit it close to the elevator), noise from the street etc. We didn't seem to have that problem on Friday but for some reason it was quite noisy Saturday night. The unit could use more comfortable beds. They were too firm and hurt our backs. Also there was no tissue (Kleenex) in the unit which could have been really useful. Overall, a great stay.
