Best Location in Tempe at our poolside unit at Regatta Pointe, walking distance to Tempe Town Lake and the famous Mills Ave and ASU Campus. Our 2 large bedroom single story unit is a split floor plan with beautiful, open living space and natural lighting. This poolside unit is absolutely GORGEOUS and is ready for some vacation relaxation.

The location of Regatta Pointe in Tempe is tough to beat! You’re on the south side of Tempe Beach Park, minutes from the Mill Avenue District, close to the light rail line, minutes from the airport, restaurants, shops, ASU and SO much more. Come visit your kids at ASU. We are walking distance to Sun Devil Stadium and the ASU Sports Arena. Or catch a light rail ride to Phoenix to watch the Arizona Diamondback or the Phoenix Suns. UBER to the Spring Training Baseball fields. No car is needed.

Huge storage room across the hall has 4 adult bikes available for your personal use. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies with nice granite counters, a Vita-Mix blender for smoothies and margaritas. Our condo has FREE high speed wi-fi, and a printer if you need to sneak in a few hours of work.

Our large family room has a BOSE speaker system and a HD LCD TV for great movie watching and a large dining room table that seats up to 8 – perfect for game playing and entertaining. We also have flat screen TV’s in both bedrooms as well. The gas BBQ area is surrounded with tables and chairs for grilling and entertaining. There is an onsite private fitness room for a quick workout in addition to the mountain bikes we supply for your use. Our Resort style Pool and Hot Tub is open Year around, but the pool is heated March thru October and is typically around 80 degrees. In the winter months the pool can drop to 60-70 degrees but is still usable.

Both master bedrooms have Sterns and Foster Luxury King beds and we have a full size sofa sleeper in the family room and a roll-a-way twin bed and air mattress to sleep up to 7 people. This is the perfect place to relax after exploring & playing in Tempe and the surrounding areas.

Great Location and Accommodations

The property came as advertised. Very nice large unit, well appointed with all details attended to. The beds are fantastic and although I did not do any cooking, the kitchen is well stocked with all of the utensils you would require. In addition to all this it was the location and complementary bicycles that really made it for me. Two great restaurants/bars are within a 2 minute walk and there are another dozen within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute cycle along Mill Avenue. I was there for 5 days and intended on getting a car after day 1. Between the bikes and Uber I never got around to picking up the car.

Very clean, well-maintained property in a good location as far as waking to Tempe Lake

Airplane noise is noticeable. We were next to hot tub and did not like that all patrons did not adhere to hot tub hours - two nights folks were in hot tub past midnight 20 feet from my bedroom:( My sister lives in town and put visitor tab in her car and her car got towed because is was one spot over from 'visitor' parking, even though there were numerous spots open. With a gated entrance, thought that policy was a bit anal and $120 I will never see again. Sorry, but will not be back.

We strongly encourage our guests to use the supplied parking passes and park in the correct spots as listed on the maps supplied since their is a high demand for parking at are condo being it's GREAT proximity to everything. TOW TRUCKS PATROL DAILY. Also apologize about the late night rule breakers at the hot tub. Fortunately this is an infrequent occurrence but I will post for future guests the phone number of the local security guard to file a report at the moment of occurrence. Great feedback! Thank you.
