This Seattle vacation condo faces west, allowing for beautiful light filled afternoons and city and peek-a-boo Lake Union views. Centrally located where Capitol Hill meets Downtown Seattle, this condominium has designer touches throughout. With an almost perfect walk score of 98 the location simply can’t be beat. It is directly across the street from the Convention Center and just steps to Pacific Place & Westlake shopping centers, live theater, movie theaters, the monorail, and many restaurants. The building is just a few blocks from Swedish Hospital. Add in easy access to & from I-5 as well as the airport light rail line being just a few comfortable blocks away, and you really couldn't ask for anything more in a location.
You enter into a bright and beautifully decorated open living room, complete with dining for four. Soothing furnishings welcome you at the end of a long day of enjoying Seattle! Relax on our high end couch that folds out to a queen sized tempur-pedic sleeper sofa in the living room. The city skyline is front and center in the over-sized windows that look out the downtown Seattle core.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you might need to whip up a meal and has plenty of room,, If you are here for business, a computer desk will make working easy, as does the free wi-fi.
The bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed and more views of the Seattle skyline. Laundry facilities are available for guests in the building as well as a roof top deck with breathtaking views of Lake Union, downtown Seattle, and Capitol Hill.
The Elektra is a mid-century building featuring concrete construction, so it is very quiet and very little noise travels between the units. A game room is available upon request with the concierge.
Please be aware that parking is not included in the daily rate for this condo. If parking is needed we do have an arrangement with a building three blocks away for secure, garage parking at $20 a day. There is also an adjacent hotel with a parking garage that is open to the public 24 hours a day, as well as lots and street parking in the neighborhood.
Also, this unit does not have air conditioning. Due to Seattle’s mild summers, almost NO buildings in Seattle have central air conditioning. We do provide fans for your comfort.
Lastly, be aware that this is an urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty concrete construction.
Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy. We try our hardest to make your stay the best it possibly can. If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable next time...just let us know! Please enjoy the gift basket upon your arrival with a few things that will make your stay enjoyable.

Home away from home. Very comfortable stay and had all the essentials we needed including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The apartment is well appointed and stylishly furnished. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you
The location was convenient to different areas of Seattle which was nice. The price was affordable (but not cheap) compared to others. I expected the place to be newer and more hotel feeling from the pictures. When we were let in, I literally thought we were being given a different unit. The door was missing off the utility closet and the vaacum and random stuff was exposed. The bathroom vent was packed w dust. The bedding had several stains on it. The sheets were about the only thing in the bedroom that looked like clean material. Luckily so, otherwise I wouldn't be able to lay down in the bed at all. The building is old & has a weird smell. Someone next door much smoke in their unit bc the bathroom smelled like smoke every morning (we think it was coming through the vents). We happened to go over a long weekend and Seattle had a heat wave, it was 90-94 degree everyday. The listing said AC, ONLY the bedroom had a window AC unit. The rest of the place was much too warm to enjoy. We were stuck in the bedroom (which felt less than fresh) the majority of our time we were not out sightseeing.
Overall, if you on a very strict budget, only need to stay a few days and need location convenience, this unit is an ok option if you know what your getting yourself into. If your expecting 4+ star or staying more than a long weekend this is not the unit. Wish I was able to submit pictures of the difference to help others decide.
The apartment is very well located in downtown Seattle, just a few blocks from the convention center. It is clean and well furnished with every thing one needs for a short or long stay. The building is quiet and secure. They provide a useful app, and have someone available by phone on arrival at the airport and to meet you once arriving at the apartment. A very easy process. A solid recommendation.
All the details were taken of in the cozy unit. We had a family of 4 and enjoyed the location, kitchen, shower and jacuzzi tub, and overall comfortableness of the unit. Less than a mile to Pike Market Place, and close to everything we wanted to do. We purposely planned to not have a car. They met us there and helped us get into the unit, and walked us through the details.
Lots of the details were taken care of. Great location, away from the busy part of town but less than a mile to Pike Market and close enough to everything we needed. Loved walking everywhere! Kitchen was great. Worked great for a family of four. Loved the shower!
