Ok but Not quite what we hoped for

It was in a great location , a very cheap uber ride to anywhere you might want to go. Loved having three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for us 4 girls to get ready in. There were a few disapppointments ; the beds were terribly uncomfortable, the mattresses were very old and the pillows were flat and old. The downstairs tub did not drain well. Also, the pool was under construction and was not open while we were there. This was sad for us because that is part of the reason we chose that property and that info was not disclosed. Overall, it was ok but not great.

Great find

Condo is right on Lady Bird Lake and the bike path. Unit was clean and very livable for the 6 of us. Great deck and access to Austin activities. The only issue is there was not a dining room table for all of us to sit and enjoy a meal. Definitely would go back.

Clean and comfortable

The property was clean and comfortable and perfectly located next to Ladybird Lake. The only recommendation I have is to replace the ceiling fan bulbs (at least in the room I stayed in upstairs...didn't check the others) with soft white bulbs less than the 1000 watt interrogation lamps that were in it. ;-) I would definitely stay here again and actually am planning on it already in April.

Great weekend in Austin

Shane’s home was perfect for for our girl’s weekend. Spacious & comfortable. Had everything we needed - including a super comfy couch & a wide screen TV to watch the Olympics! Property is a little dated, but clean & with all of the promised amenities. Outstanding location on Lady Bird Lake - although temperatures in the 30’s prevented us from enjoying outdoor activities. We rented a car for day trips to San Antonio & Hill country drives & there was ample parking at the complex, however, suggest using Uber or Lyft to get around Austin. (Traffic is bad, parking difficult/expensive etc. )

Finally , just want to point out this is a 2nd floor unit with stair access. Not a problem for us, but thought it could be included in the property description.
