Great location, close to everything!

Enjoyed our stay at Shane's place. His place had everything we needed. We took advantage of the trail around Lady Bird Lake, the delicious food trucks that was walking distance away and easily got into town and Lake Travis. Thanks Shane!

Perfect Location for Active Vacation

This apt. suited our needs well. The location is right on the wonderful river boardwalk, and you can rent kayaks just a few blocks away. Easy to bike or walk into the downtown area, and fun to kayak up to Barton Springs. We even walked the boardwalk at night and felt safe--lots of people using it. We also had happy hour on the little dock by the boardwalk, which has a great view of the downtown skyline.

Yes, the complex is dated, and it is not a luxury apartment, as others have noted, but it was clean, uncluttered, and comfortable, which was exactly what we were looking for. It had all the kitchen utensils we needed, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels.

Great stay!

Everything was awesome. Shane is on top of everything and made our stay perfect. We had a small issue with the lock and Shane sent over someone to fix it within an hour, he went above and beyond. Great location and very comfortable. Stay here!!!!!!!

Comfortable, clean, roomy condo.

Our family of 5 spent the Thanksgiving weekend at this condo--it was perfect. We enjoyed playing football on the lawn overlooking the water. Easy access off I35, close to many Austin attractions. Thanks Shane!

Great experience. Everything was perfect!

We had an exceptional experience while staying here. Property owner was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Pictures don't do the place justice. It was SO much bigger than we anticipated. The location is AWESOME! Walking distance of downtown should you chose to walk. Right on the water. Views of the water from the room and just a VERY short walk to the water to sit on the pier and enjoy a cup of coffee or just relax and enjoy the view. The pool is right outside your door!!! We walked to rent paddle boards to enjoy the lake! Absolutely everything we needed for the entire (long holiday) weekend was less than 5-10 miles away. I can't stress enough how perfect this place was! Highly recommend! We will definitely be staying here again if we ever need a place!!
