This second floor end unit comes fully equipped with a KING SIZE BED in the master bedroom, TWO TWIN BEDS in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa sleeper. Two twins can be converted to a KING bed upon request at the time of booking (housekeeping fee applies).

Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms & living area to circulate the cool ocean breezes.

Condo kitchen is fully equipped for "home" meals and living room comes complete with flat screen TV. Patio located off of the kitchen is great for morning coffee or tea.

Coin operated washer/dryer located on property. NO elevator, AC or pool.

Centrally located on Kauai’s eastern shore make this the perfect Kauai vacation rental.

Nice rental and 2 minute walk to a long lovely walking beach. Since it rained for most of our stay, we enjoyed the Kupa Ranch ATV tour in the mud which the kids loved.

This condo was perfect for our family. It had an excellent layout to use the space efficiently. We are a family of 5 (3 young children) and we were quite comfortable here. Kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfasts and some suppers in, cooler was in the unit so we packed lunch for the beach most days. TV in living room and both bedrooms for downtime, 2 bathrooms was great. I was a little hesitant to have a coin-op shared laundry, but it was clean, lots of machines, just be sure to save all of your quarters during your stay! Peekabo view of the ocean, great parking. You can walk to the beach easily, but there are much nicer beaches a short drive away. Also, you can walk to many restaurants/shopping/coffee/groceries easily, with two grocery stores very near, at least one of which is open 24 hrs. We didn't spend lots of time in Kapaa, but it is a great central location to all the places we frequent. Lydgate is a great beach (and playground) for the little ones too, and it is very close to the condo, so that was appreciated. This complex is a mix of residents and vacation rentals, my kids found neighbour kids to play with and spent time riding bikes and playing in the grass, it was fabulous. It is a top floor unit, which gave a nice breeze at night. The downstairs neighbours once complained about our kids stomping/jumping/etc, so we were constantly reminding them to stop that, which is hard when they are used to skipping/hopping everywhere they go haha. Besides that, everything was awesome. Furniture in the main room has been updated since this photo.

Overall - Excellent! Some of the furnishings were slightly different from the pictures, e.g. 2nd bedroom showed 2 twins pushed together as a king, and couch and some drapes were different. But overall, we couldn't be more pleased. Very clean, very nicely upgraded from other units. 1/2 bath off master plus full hall bath were perfect for us and our daughter. Centrally located for touring the entire island. AC would have been nice, but we knew that beforehand. Ceiling fans and room fans helped. We would definitely stay here again. Quiet complex - downstairs neighbors (long-term leasers) were really nice - made us feel welcome. Booking was easy - Sue and Kanani were friendly and professional.
