This is a custom-built home located less than a 5 minute walk from the beaches of the Emerald Coast. The home is in Seagrove Beach, the heart of the Scenic Hwy. 30A experience. The property has a main house with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths along with also a guesthouse having 1 bedroom with its own bathroom (shower only) and a second fully equipped kitchen, all included in your rental. 3 of the 5 bedrooms have en-suite baths. The home has one King bedroom, two Queen bedrooms, a twin daybed with trundle bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. A daybed/with Trundle is in a bedroom adjoining the 2nd-floor MBR and was designed for children whose parents want to keep them close at night but does have a door between the 2 areas. We also have a twin roll away located in the main house downstair closet for anyone needing an extra bed .
You will be staying 1/2 mile from the famous luxury communities of Seaside and Watercolor while enjoying their many activities, delicious food, and shopping. We completed construction on the home in 2005 and enjoyed living in paradise for 10+ years. We have moved on to the next adventure in our lives, but we have left the home with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your family vacation on our beautiful beaches.
You can walk or bike ride to Seaside for morning coffee or brunch. Be sure to bike the many beautiful trails that surround our home. Our own deeded beach access awaits you at the entrance to our neighborhood. Many restaurants; including 723 Whiskey Bravo, Cowgirl Kitchen, Seagrove Market, Pizza by the Sea, Cafe 30A, and The V are just a short walk away. The home is closer to the beach than many homes in Seaside and closer than most homes in Watercolor. The home is surrounded by vacant property on 3 sides and is in a neighborhood that is full of mostly year-round residents.
It is a quiet peaceful setting where you can hear all the sounds of nature. Enjoy a meal on the large screened side porch or relax with a glass of wine on the back patio next to the fire pit. Come home from a warm sandy day at the beach and rinse away the day in the outdoor shower. Then take a dip in the heated pool or spa before cooking steak or seafood on the outdoor grill while enjoying a drink at the outdoor bar. You will never want to leave!!
The home is managed by the owners. By dealing directly with the owner, you will be assured that your vacation arrangements will be handled by someone who cares about your satisfaction rather than by a disinterested third party in a foreign country.
There is a cleaning fee of $350 per rental, a refundable security deposit of $500, and a bed tax fee equal to 11.5% of the weekly rental rate. The pool and spa can be heated UPON REQUEST to 88 degrees for a fee of $325 per week. One-half the entire fee must be paid upon booking, and the other half paid no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
The driveway will accommodate all your vehicles. With this adequate parking, you will not need to park in the yard or on the street, as is the case with many local rentals.
