A very quiet location in “Le Parc Vigier” (Port of Nice), one of the most prestigious and sought after residences of Cote d’Azur overlooking the sea and a wonderful park with lush greenery filled with many beautiful trees and flowering bushes. The location is in demand because it has beautiful views of the entrance of the Port of Nice which always has exciting movement of boats, yachts and ships. Although you are at the Port, with so many restaurants, shops, and activities at your doorstep, because this apartment is on the edge of the park, it is so quiet and peaceful. You wake up to birds chirping and the lovely sounds of nature, yet you walk across the park and you are at the Port and the center of Nice. It is a perfect location. You also have the lovely, famous, gorgeous Coco beach just across from the park which is a great place for a swim and to watch the yachting activity so famous in this area.

We spent a wonderfull week here. Holiday rentals are very seldom as well equipped as Svitlana's place is. We cooked often at home and very much liked the modern kitchen with gas stove etc.
The apartment is close to a small beach. The harbour area has plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and the old town of Nizza is within walking distance.
I can really recommend this place to anyone (actually i already did recommend it to my friends and relatives back in Finland)

It is in a quiet area, yet near the port and Old Town. The apartment is clean and very well
equipped. We were there during Carnival fortnight (February to March) and the home was warm. Although we travelled to Nice by car, we found a parking space outside the block
and left it there for 3 weeks, just walking or travelling by tram or train to places. It will be
even better when the tram line to the port is completed, especially for people arriving in Nice
by train.
Great rental and location once we found our way around in a day or two. Uber worked well for for us at a good price. Apartment contained everything we needed, even included a bottle of wine. Lucian was great and a good source of information. He's a keeper.
The apartment is spacious and very clean with new bathroom and kitchen. It really is a relaxing and lovely place to return to after a day of touring the beautiful Cote d'Azur. The bedroom has a king size bed, which was important to us, the bathroom was large and had a great shower. The view from the balcony was just lovely. The park is active during the day with children and people just enjoying the pretty view of the Mediterranean Sea. We dined at a beautiful restaurant just across the road overlooking the Med. We also dined at several nice restaurants on the port. It's about a 20 minute walk to the Promenade Anglais and an additional 10 minutes along the Promenade to Old Nice. Great restaurants and shopping.
We rented a car, it was a large car and sometimes a little tricky to park or find a spot where it would fit. We recommend that you rent a small car, which is much easier to park in the guest parking places. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment for its comfort and ease of access to everything.
The Residence Parc Vigier apartment was all it was advertised to be: bright, airy, very well appointed, quiet and very well located near the Old Port. We were completely satisfied with everything.
Everything about this bright, clean apartment worked beautifully for us. It was well equipped, clean as a whistle, graciously appointed. We could easily walk to shops and restaurants, to Coco Beach to swim, around the old port to gaze at the yachts, and into old town Nice. Further, the park between us and the water front was a delight: palm and pine trees, kids' birthday parties, nice neighborhood ambience. Parking was never a problem. The owners were easy to contact. Instructions on how to operate the various appliances were clear and well organized. We strongly recommend it.
