Walk the beach for miles. Walk to two famous restaurants, Doc’s Beach House, or dine at Coconut Jacks. Activities on the beach, jet skis, kayaking, parasailing and volleyball. The condo is located on the 10th floor, penthouse. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. All the kitchen utensils needed to make a good home cooked meal. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all dishes and utensils are provided. The vacation home offers a pull-out couch for extra guests, a king size bed, and a washer and dryer. Furniture is all brand new. Two tv’s for your convenience, along with basic cable and free internet. Beach chairs, a cooler and beach toys are provided for you.
Short distance to Fort Myers airport, Naples, Sanibel, and Marco Island, plenty of shopping, Coconut Point Mall, and Mercato which offers shopping and indoor/outdoor restaurants.
The complex expects to have at least one pool open by July 2024; the beach is always open!
