The Space:
After you enjoy the many walking trails, beaches, golf courses and more, come back to relax in your deluxe 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that is 935-1650 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, and attached en suite with jetted tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds (varies). The open living room has a sofa sleeper, fire place (most) and balcony/patio where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. With all the necessary amenities, and so much to fun to have in the sun on the beach, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. The entire balance (100%) will be forfeited.

This resort has a mandatory non-smoking policy inside all of its suites and buildings. Smoking is permitted on the decks.

The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area also provides plenty to do, like hiking Cumberland Mountain State Park and Ozone Falls, exploring exhibits at the Military Memorial Museum and Homesteads Tower, or sampling wine at Stonehaus and Chestnut Hill wineries.

This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
