We have stayed at this condo complex several times in a different condo. We love the complex - small, quiet, beautiful views and very friendly! This condo is a beautiful condo with excellent space. The management company is simply not doing its job well. For the $$, we did not expect filthy, stained carpet, a drippy faucet, roaches (crawling on the wall while cooking! We bought roach bait to trap the critters), dirty furniture, not real clean bathrooms, and lack of decent cookware (no casserole type dish, worn out pans, etc). While the management company was not great about addressing the concerns, the owner quickly stopped by to assist.
If the condo gets a good, deep cleaning and the cookware stocked decently, I would highly recommend this place. I am rating it average only, as for the $$ I would not expect what we encountered.
