Welcome to The Blue Hour A-Frame! A modern-meets-boho escape in the Adirondacks! This completely updated A-Frame cabin features vintage style with modern amenities: a peaceful setting, two bedrooms, hot tub, fenced in backyard - bring your pups! - brand new bathroom, updated kitchen, indoor on-demand propane fireplace, outdoor fire pit area, modern decor and amenities. Come enjoy our truly special piece of ADK!

Dogs welcome with a $100 pet fee.
Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pup along when you make your reservation.

The Blue Hour A-frame is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.

Per our listing, we have a 4 person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $500 per person per night.

We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.

WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Blue Hour A-Frame's features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.
Guests will have access to the entire house except for the outdoor storage shed.
The Blue Hour A-Frame features two bedrooms with Casper mattresses (one king, one queen); a fully stocked recently remodeled kitchen with microwave, drip coffee maker, and cookware; on-demand propane fireplace, high speed WiFi, and dedicated work area; brand new tiled bathroom, Public Goods products; washer and dryer available for guest use, organic bed linens and towels; smart TV, Nintendo classic mini system, and record player; fully fenced in outdoor area - yes, really! - charcoal grill, vintage chiminea for outdoor fires, with Adirondack chairs...just to name a few features!

In addition, The Blue Hour A-Frame is just minutes away from some of the best attractions in The ADK area:

* Upper Jay downtown area (dining and shops): 15 minutes
* McKenzie Mountain Wilderness (great hiking areas and waterfalls): 20 minutes
