The home boasts an open floor plan with a large living area flowing right into the chef's kitchen. A few more steps leads outside to the screened in deck with a large dining area and then straight to the pool--which can be heated for an additional $200 per day.

The downstairs master suite offers a large comfy king size bed with private access to the pool ! The oversized bathroom has separate sinks and a large walk in shower. There is a small office tucked away in case you have do the dreaded "business on vacation" thing!

Upstairs you'll find a second master suite with a king size bed and a fireplace. You'll have private access to the balcony where you can sit and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or glass of wine while watching the world go by! The spa style bathroom awaits you to wash the salt away or read a book while you soak in the tub or bathe all the children at once in the oversized shower.

Conviently located upstairs is the full size laundry room.

The 3rd bedroom holds a queen size bed and the bath has a large step in shower.

Continuing through a Dutch door, that safely secures your little pirates from stairs while allowing access to the galley equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and a large prep space with a sink. On the left you'll find the crew bunk room with four twin beds. Just beyond, you'll find the 5th and final bedroom, the Captain's quarters with queen bed and attached bath with shower.

You'll find an outdoor shower, located behind the garage to wash off all that sugary white sand as well as a set of cornhole boards for some family fun!
