Owned a Motel in Key West in the late 1970's. and established one of the largest Guest House there known as the Island House and operated it until 1989. Purchased a Plantation House in South Carolina and established a 6 bedroom Bed & Breakfast, then in 1992 moved to Daytona Beach to open the Villa Bed & Breakfast.
I have traveled extensively in most USA states and in 1989 made a World trip, having made many trip to Europe.

Traveling from Key West to the mansion in the South Carolina I stayed overnight in Daytona Beach. While here I saw the Mansion at 801 N. Peninsula and was interested in purchasing it to restore it to original grandeur. I purchase the property.
I always dreamed of living in a pillared mansion in the south so after owning and operating it for a few years and came across the Spanish Mansion in Daytona and not wanting to leave Florida decided to establish a bed & breakfast there.
