Casa Kocomo houses four modern, luxurious rooms with A/C, HD satellite TV, and high speed internet, two of which are equipped with external showers in a jungle-like setting.

From the villa's rooms you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the mountain area surrounding the charming town of Sayulita. The home's terrace has been carefully designed to offer a space for both relaxation and recreation.

Includes : COOK, MAID, GYM, BEACH CLUB ACCESS, GOLF CART

Get ready to be pampered! Each of our guests will enjoy the services of a dedicated local Kocomo host that will be available to help you curate the best possible Sayulita experience. On top of this, we include daily maid service along with daily services of a cook for breakfast & lunch (cost of groceries & shopping fee additional).

Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the property and will have shared access to the club-house at Punta Sayulita which has:

Other things to note:

Great location and Villa

Punta Sayulita is a very unique community. Nested in beautiful trees and vegetation with stunning sea views and a fantastic Club House. Casa Kocomo is lovely, very nice rooms with views and a nice pool. The best thing was to have Chaito and her team cook us breakfast and delicious lunches, followed by wonderful Margaritas done by Enrique. It felt like a 5 star resort. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks Jeremie for all your constant communication and helping us get all the food there, before we arrived.
