Great Stay in NOLA

We rented this townhouse for my son's graduation from Tulane University. The house was comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to very nice restaurants. It was a short walk to St. Charles to take the street car. It was a great walk form the townhouse to the park for a morning exercise. Overall, it was perfect.

Amazing location and amenities

Everything we wanted and more. The house is two steps from a bus stop, and seconds away from all there is to see on Magazine street and tourists areas in the Garden's district (cemetery, Commander's Palace...) . Teresa is very helpful and accessible. The house is spotless and more of a home than any other properties we have stayed at. 5* all the way. We even stay in one afternoon to relax in the backyard enjoying the warm weather and greenery. In no rush to leave at all... Anyone would be lucky to stay at this property. Short, safe and cheap bus ride to the French Quarters, but it always felt really great to return home for a glass of wine, after a day of exploring this beautiful city.

Fantastic property and location

My colleagues and I shared this property for 3 nights while in New Orleans for a conference. It was exactly as described and in a great location. The neighbourhood is safe, with beautiful architecture, trendy shops and fantastic restaurants and bars. The house is literally steps to some great restaurants, but the street and house are very quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to the Convention Center. The house itself, was clean and the bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The owner was great and gave us clear directions for everything relevant. We all decided that we would go back with our spouses if we had the chance. The house and area were far superior to staying in a hotel in the downtown hotel district.

Good for multi-gen family and groups

Great place -- we stayed with grandparents in one room, parents in another, kid in one room, and baby in the study. Space was great. Everything was clean and spacious and well put together. We loved the location, right off of Magazine near a lot of action. Very helpful contact and friendly support from the owner, too, as we approached the weekend. We will strongly recommend to any friends looking for a place in NOLA needing three or four rooms, safe, secure, well put together, pretty building, great neighborhood vibe, great amenities just seconds and minutes away by foot.

Perfect location for a great New Orleans experience

For starters, this home is in my favorite New Orleans neighborhood. It has everything. Gourmet restaurants (Coquette) are only a couple of blocks away. Several great diners and specialty restaurants are even closer. Several good bars and shops line Magazine st. You would never have to leave the neighborhood to have a great time. But....it's New Orleans and you are going to want to go see the sights. The French Quarter, Warehouse district and Riverfront are all a short cab or Uber ride away. For me, getting away from the madness of the downtown attractions is every bit as essential as going downtown to revel in NOLA's calling cards. Garden district mansions are near and Awesome music venues like Tipitina's are about a mile away.

The Town home is beautifully furnished and well cared for. I also own a VRBO property and this owner does it the right way. You will be comfortable and happy with your choice of lodging. The owner was wonderful to work with and quite kind.

I go to New Orleans at least twice a year. I am going to try to reserve this property on my future visits.

Excellent stay at Garden District townhome

I was here for my sister's bachelorette party, and we had the BEST stay. The home was super clean and so much bigger than we thought it would be! Since it's summer, it was very hot, but the three-story home felt cold on each level, which felt amazing. The location was perfect with cute retail shops and restaurants right within walking distance, which we took advantage of. The owner was super friendly and accommodating and we could not have asked for more. I would highly, highly recommend this home. You're still within a five-minute cab ride of the French Quarter, and have a neighborhood atmosphere around you.
