The townhouse is used by my family when they are visiting New Orleans but we are happy to share with you so you too can love NOLA as we do!

“Madame Lily Devalier always asked 'Where are you?' in a way that insinuated that there were only two places on earth one could be: New Orleans and somewhere ridiculous.”
Tom Robbins, (Jitterbug Perfume)
Location, location, location! Less than two miles to downtown, sports arenas, convention center, and French Quarter. Great section of Magazine Street for a pedestrian visit to NOLA. Three floors and lots of space
From the beginning of the rental process to the end Teresa was amazing. This was a birthday gift for me. My girlfriends and I traveled for the Essence Festival and we loved the house. The pictures just don't do it justice. The house was very spacious, inviting and relaxing. The location of the home to downtown was great as we ventured to the sights. The neighborhood has a great amount of restaurants and quaint shops. I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay very much! There were five of us and only one had been to New Orleans before. The location is great because Magazine offers much in the way of restaurants, bars and shops. The streetcar is within walking distance of the property, as well. We used Uber to get to Bourbon Street. We loved everything about the house. The decor is great! We love the way the place is decorated. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and we had everything we needed. There's a nice kitchen, but we just never used it. The back yard is also so pretty! I do recommend bringing only one car because there is only a space for one, and parking can be a challenge everywhere in the city.
Thank you for a great stay!
Our recent stay at Artsy and Secure was just what our family needed for our recent trip to New Orleans for our son's wedding. The town home is beautiful and set up for a family's needs. We had 3 couples and a 4 yr. old and the space worked very well. Everything is well stocked. The location near Magazine was perfect for shopping and eating. Central location for downtown or the Garden District and zoo area. Used Uber a lot and ride fees were minimal for any location.
This townhouse is well located one half block from Magazine Street. The artwork is nice and the library was great. We loved it. Lots of stairs
We rented this townhouse for my son's graduation from Tulane University. The house was comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to very nice restaurants. It was a short walk to St. Charles to take the street car. It was a great walk form the townhouse to the park for a morning exercise. Overall, it was perfect.
Everything we wanted and more. The house is two steps from a bus stop, and seconds away from all there is to see on Magazine street and tourists areas in the Garden's district (cemetery, Commander's Palace...) . Teresa is very helpful and accessible. The house is spotless and more of a home than any other properties we have stayed at. 5* all the way. We even stay in one afternoon to relax in the backyard enjoying the warm weather and greenery. In no rush to leave at all... Anyone would be lucky to stay at this property. Short, safe and cheap bus ride to the French Quarters, but it always felt really great to return home for a glass of wine, after a day of exploring this beautiful city.
