The townhouse is used by my family when they are visiting New Orleans but we are happy to share with you so you too can love NOLA as we do!
TM Brown purchased this townhome in 2001
“Madame Lily Devalier always asked 'Where are you?' in a way that insinuated that there were only two places on earth one could be: New Orleans and somewhere ridiculous.”
Tom Robbins, (Jitterbug Perfume)
Location, location, location! Less than two miles to downtown, sports arenas, convention center, and French Quarter. Great section of Magazine Street for a pedestrian visit to NOLA. Three floors and lots of space
Our group was in town for a football game, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. There were 5 adults and 2 kids in our group, and we were very comfortable. The house is welcoming, and the location is amazing. It allowed us to enjoy all of the fun of New Orleans in a family friendly area. There were so many amazing restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery/drug stores. This will be our go to house anytime we are headed to New Orleans. Thank you for an amazing stay in one of our favorite cities.
Just as advertised, nice and quiet. Was very comfortable for three couples to use. Teresa was a great person to interface with, always responded and very helpful, highly recommended place to stay.
This townhouse exceeded our expectations! Everything about this place was perfect and convenient. From the communication with the owner to the location. The entire process for reservations, check in and out was simple. So close to great restaurants and shopping. If we weren't aware of surrounding options, there were great instructions provided by Teresa. The property was exceptionally clean and beds may have been more comfortable than my own! Very quiet neighborhood but fun and food right around the corner!
I can't enough great things!!! If you are spending time in New Orleans, this is the place to stay!
I came with a group of friends and we had a terrific stay! The house is even nicer in person than in photos. There was plenty of space and we spent a lot of time hanging out in the front room and living room. Amazing location with great restaurants and shops just steps away and an easy uber elsewhere. I would definitely rent again.
From the beginning of the rental process to the end Teresa was amazing. This was a birthday gift for me. My girlfriends and I traveled for the Essence Festival and we loved the house. The pictures just don't do it justice. The house was very spacious, inviting and relaxing. The location of the home to downtown was great as we ventured to the sights. The neighborhood has a great amount of restaurants and quaint shops. I would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay very much! There were five of us and only one had been to New Orleans before. The location is great because Magazine offers much in the way of restaurants, bars and shops. The streetcar is within walking distance of the property, as well. We used Uber to get to Bourbon Street. We loved everything about the house. The decor is great! We love the way the place is decorated. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and we had everything we needed. There's a nice kitchen, but we just never used it. The back yard is also so pretty! I do recommend bringing only one car because there is only a space for one, and parking can be a challenge everywhere in the city.
Thank you for a great stay!
