Fully secured building in safe neighborhood. 8 minutes to Marina del Rey beach, 15 min to Santa Monica beach, Beverly Hills, LAX. 25 minutes to Universal Studios and City Walk. 35 minutes to Disneyland. On the way to Sun Diego Wild Animal Park and See World and LEGOLAND.

Quiet second floor condo
We stayed at this property for three nights, the instructions all were clear and communication clear. It did not seem very updated or cozy to us compared to other vrbo we have stayed at..there was no working blind in the sliding glass door so we put a sheet over it. It is on second story which is very nice and private , also was quiet. Very nice you can park your care in a garage area that has gate. The linens and towels could all use updating but it is very functional unit. thank you .

Property was clean and comfortable
Spring break vacation
We loved it. Great location to get away, within driving distance of the beach and amusement parks. Clean place to stay. We will definitely come back. Thank you for your hospitality.

Clean and tidy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood
We arrived at the apartment from the UK at around 9pm and had difficulty finding the key box (flight fog) but once I spoke with Inna everything was sorted.
The apartment is a good size for two people and had everything we required. The bed is really comfortable and was great for sleeping off our jet lag. The allocated parking is a great plus point as even though the area is quiet, street parking of an evening seemed to be at a premium.
There aren't too many eateries nearby but the artisan bakery just around the corner is great.
The only failing with the apartment is that it is starting to look a little tired and could maybe do with a bit of a facelift.
Had a very good Time
It was my first time in LA and im glad i stayed there. Its close to everything very well located. Nice neighborhood and I had everything i needed as well. Inna responded very fast and offered a late check out. Definitely will rent again !!
Very convenience location, close to the Venice beach, LAX, Beverly Hills. Many casual dining. 5 min drive to Washington blvd Pier. Venice promenade. Biking area;hiking in Santa Monica Mountains. Very close to 405 fwy.
No noise, very quiet area.
