Beautifully appointed cottage

We've been coming to BHI for almost 20 yrs and always enjoyed our stay thanks to our realtor, Mary Munroe. We stayed in Balvenie for the first time and will definitely return to this great cottage. The bedrooms are lovely. The bathrooms are updated as is the kitchen. The screened porch off the bedrooms was shady and relaxing. The living space is one the second floor and is bright and cheery.

Great family vacation spot

Our family had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home. The house is located just a very short walk from a private beach access. You won't have to bring much with you, because there are beach chairs, bikes, and many other items available in the garage plus the kitchen is very well stocked. The house itself is lovely, comfortable, and very well appointed. Mary is a friendly, accessible and very knowledgeable property manager. Balvenie is our favorite BHI house yet and we hope to be able to stay at this wonderful property again on future visits!

Perfect place to stay

We just returned from a quick getaway. We booked at the last minute and the manager did an amazing job to get us in without any issues. The place was in a great location.....only a few steps from the beach access. The house was in great shape (It looks like it was recently renovated) and very clean. We would definitely return.

Perfect House for Our Family Getaway!

Just got back from 1 Scotch Bonnet Lane and had a wonderful extended weekend there! The home was spotless and perfectly appointed. Every single room is updated and pretty. Super-comfortable beds, great pillows, and the floor plan was perfect for the parents to have space while our 3 children were able to spread out and be kids. Didn't even need the golf cart to get to the beach, as it's a quick walk to the access point. Not our first time on the island, but our first time staying at this location, and we will definitely be back! The owner was extremely accessible and helpful during booking as well as during our stay.
