Gorgeous spacious condo, light and airy with plenty sun in a secure, safe, quiet building. Beautiful street and neighborhood with large sprawling homes owned by a mix of professionals, actors and some sports celebrities.

Updated white tiled kitchen, with white laminate cabinets, beautiful full tiled baths, one with terra cotta floor.

Huge master bedroom with California King bed, second bedroom with beautiful pine wood bed, pull out couch in living room and if needed can provide very comfortable air mattress that never goes flat with a foam egg crate topper. Surprising comfy!!

There are two closets in master bedroom - one a walk in, and the other fairly large as well. Also a large closet in 2nd bedroom. Sliding glass doors lead to patio/porch. Pool is right off patio and hardly used so feels private.

Plasma TV's on wall in master bed. Smart tv in living room. Internet via time warner Wifi. . Washers and dryers downstairs.

Guests love strolling in the evening past homes by same designer as Beverly Hills homes. Huge shopping mall behind building that includes Ralphs grocery store, CVS pharmacy, banks, wells fargo and bank america, nail shop, cigar parlor, Yogurt store, flame broiler, Subway and Friday's Restaurants, Ross Stores, cleaners, and others. So can walk to Panns Restaurant where the movie "Pulp Fiction" was allegedly shot. Kentucky fried chicken close by, Compari's Italian Restarant

Bus stop on corner leads to metro Metro nearby. Airport 10 min, Venice, Santa Monica beach and Marina Del Rey very close. From there easy to bike ride to Manhattan beach. Redondo Beach also not too far.

Also Loyola college and Otis College very close. UCLA about 20 minutes by fwy and USC about 30 minutes by streets. Also accessible by fwy.

Condo is Centrally located...Sunset Blvd and Hollywood Blvd and other attractions easily accessible. Staples center downtown easy to get to. Stub hub about 25 minutes by car. Universal city about 35 minutes by car. Observatory and Hollywood Hills about 30 minutes. Hollywood Bowl about 35 minutes.

Wonderful and Quiet Home

Me and my family stayed at this condo for over 6 months. Spacious & furnished home was perfect for what we needed. Made friends with neighbors and really enjoyed our time there. Conveniently located close to groceries and other shops. Super quiet and clean complex, and Marcia is such a pleasant, wonderful and attentive owner. Time flew by and we will miss the place. Thanks Marcia for all your help and sharing your wonderful home with us.

Owner's Response: I love this family. They were absolutely wonderful, and hubby even fixed a few things for me. And his wife cleaned for me!! The place was left in immaculate shape. I didn't want them to leave.

Great Vacation Rental

My family rented this location during our recent stay in Los Angeles. It was a great location, the neighborhood is very safe, parking was not an issue and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults plus 2 adult children). We had easy access to beaches, the airport and our west coast family. The pool was like having out own private pool as no other people used it besides us. Everyone we met was friendly and always stopped to chat.

Nice condo - great location

Overall a comfortable condo. Great location. Easy to airport, beach cities, not too far from attractions like Disney. Great security and parking included. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. A/C units in living area and both bedrooms.

Carpet was worn and dirty. Dingy walls and door ways felt a little seedy. Musty smell upon entering each time.

Owner was great to work with, would consider it again.

Spacious condo

We really liked the location; close to Lax, shopping, restaurants, the beach, etc. Marcia was very good about responding to us and easy to work with. There were plenty of hangers in the closets. I would

suggest a few more small spoons and dinner knives. The condo was very spacious and very quiet

location. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place! Great space!

Me and my family of four stood at this location for a week. Home away from home. My kids enjoyed having there own space and where able to watch Netflix. Nice kitchen where my wife made me my birthday breakfast. The two bathrooms saved us time when getting ready for the day. No issues during the stay. Will keep in mind if we're ever back in the L.A. Area!

Great Location, Great Space

My party of 5 adults , including two 90+ year old seniors, spent 3 nights and 4 days in this condo. We were in LA for a college graduation.. We had more than enough space, greatly appreciated the accessibility, including elevator and 2 parking stalls (which made it easy to get the 2 in wheelchairs in and out of our van).

The location was perfect for us. There was easy access to the major roads that took us to the college and to LAX. It was also very close to the grocery store and a few restaurants and stores.

Our hostess was very responsive, gave us clear instructions and even provided some chips and bottled water, which was much appreciated.

I have read some of the reviews, including those that are critical of the age and condition. It is true that the building is older and does show signs of wear and tear. We did not use any of the building’s amenities as our primary focus was the graduation and graduation activities. In short, this is not a 5 star hotel. However, for the space and convenience that you get and at the price that you pay, I feel it was a very good value. All 5 of us were comfortable and the 2 bathrooms adequate (loved that one had a walk in shower for those who had difficulty getting in and out of a bathtub), beds comfortable, and the location terrific for our needs.

Owner's Response: It is so wonderful to have guests who are considerate of the rest of the owners in the building. Often times folks forget that even though they may be on vacation, the folks who live in the building are not. Considerate guests are cherished.

Very quiet building. No loud parties. No running in halls. Keep voices down in halls. Never ask residents to let you in if you forget key. They won't as they are not familiar with you. And they know each other very well. So please carry key or call me. Please wash up dishes. No pets.
