Amazing Lakefront Vacation

  • 5 of 5

A group of six friends (and a dog) stayed at Libby Camp for four nights, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Our goal for the trip was to hike Katahdin, and we were more then happy to spend the rest of our visit relaxing by the lake! Karen was super easy to work with before and during our visit. She met us at the cabin to show us around and provided excellent information on the local area, activities, restaurants, etc. The house is well appointed and had everything needed for an excellent stay. Couldn't be more impressed with this rental experience, we hope to return again!

Peaceful hideaway in Millinocket, Maine

  • 5 of 5

We highly recommend this property if you're looking for a relaxing retreat. My husband and I stayed for four nights with three friends and our dog over the July 4th weekend and wished we could have extended our stay. The house, location, and owners are wonderful! The access to the lake, situated in front of the house, is incredible. We woke up every morning with a swim and spent much of the day fishing and on our rented canoe. The owners do provide a couple of kayaks. The nights we spent in front of the fire pit, grilling, or playing pool. We rarely went into town only to get groceries.

The owners thought of every detail to make our stay absolutely enjoyable. They met us in the town center when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home. We were also welcomed with a homemade baked good. We'll definitely return if we have the chance next year.

A fabulous place for a family!!

  • 5 of 5

My kids and I had such an amazing time at Libby Lane camp. A great size for a big family, the game room above the garage was a great bonus!! It was very clean and the views from the porch as the sunset were breathtaking!! I would recommend this camp to anyone!! It's also not a far drive to town and lots of hiking trails!!

Awesome!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed with my family for a week and we have an AWESOME time! Plenty to do at the camp (kayak, swimming, pool table, hiking) and lots of good hiking trails close by. The camp was very clean and roomy. The upstairs was great for when we all wanted to be together for meals or to play pool. The yard was huge and great place for the kids to run around. We spent every night out by the fire. Overall we had a wonderful time. Karen and Robyn were always helpful!

Couldn't ask for more

Fantastic stay!! My children and I had a fabulous weeks vacation on Libby Lane. The camp was immaculate and spacious. There was plenty of room for us as well as friends who came to visit. The children especially loved the entertainment room above the garage. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets around the fire. The yard was private and enormous. We had lots of fun playing soccer, baseball, hide and seek and many other games. Karen and Robin are incredible hostesses who were always available. A favorite activity was hiking the ice caves. I would most definitely recommend that. Nothing beats the view of beautiful South Twin Lake in the summer. Perfect destination for a family or a nice retreat for people looking to get away. Thank you again Robyn and Karen for your gracious hospitality!
