This apartment was perfect for us since our office is in Renens. It was clean, convenient, safe, and quiet. Wifi and all technology worked perfectly.
The location is not near Lausanne center but what worked for us.
Great apartment in a great location!
The loft was clean and well maintained. Appliances were modern and working. The printer was a nice touch so we could print our boarding passes before we left for the airport. A good amount of thought was put into the needs of guests. Kitchen was well supplied - dishes, pots & pans, utensils, cleaning supplies. Bathroom was well supplied - toilet paper, towels, cleaning supplies. Bedrooms were clean and linens were fresh.
Location was really good too. We rented a car so the garage spot was wonderful. Easy walking to bus stop and train stations. Only a mile walk to the city center of Lausanne. Easy walking distance to CoOp and Aldi for groceries.
As an American, the trickiest part of our stay was figuring out how appliances worked in the apartment. Thanks to Google/YouTube and experimentation and some emails from the owner, we were able to figure things out.
Bottomline: I would stay here again - and recommend it to others.
Excellent base, clean, comfortable and spacious

This property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and modern and exactly as it looks in the posting. The check-in and check-out procedure were very easy. Location is walking distance to public transportation and plenty of shopping/dining options.
open, airy and bright
Just like the pictures, this place was pretty sweet. Functional kitchen and nice big windows for summer nights.
However, would recommend some electric fans to keep the air moving on hot days.
Nice family, easy contact, everything was great, we can recommend them to any owner.
Really Great Place
We absolutely loved this place. It is a little far out from city center, but we have been to Lausanne many time. Pictures on website are totally accurate, the place is new and beautiful, very comfortable. I will definately book this property again next year; however you should know a few things before booking:
1) There were problems with the wifi and I sent emails and placed calls but resolution was not quick so if there is an issue it could be problematic to have it corrected during your stay.
2) There is no property manual so you have to figure out how to work everything on your own. Was not a problem for us as we have been to Europe many times.
Over all I would definatley stay here again...it's roomy and very comfortable and very near train stations so even though its a little further out...it's very easy to get around.
