This is an exclusive, well-maintained, nicely decorated, well-appointed, 3BR 2BA townhouse in a quiet neighborhood on the east side of the valley (away from the noisy west side highway corridor), beautifully situated next to the Moab Golf Course, within walking distance of red rock fins, Mill Creek Canyon, and 'Steelbender Trail.' Hiking and biking is right out your front door. The townhouse has a uniquely private back yard and patio, right next to the golf course, but once removed, so the golfers can't see you.

If you are longing for a relaxing getaway from the maddening crowd (this IS NOT another RIM condo), our townhouse complex has only 18 well cared for units, in a landscaped, campus-like setting. Our location ensures that you won't hear the highway. One of the nicest pools around, our pool is not over-crowded, and is conveniently nearby.

Non-Smoking. Pets ARE allowed, but we are assiduously clean, so please leave them in the garage when no one's there.

This unit is a perfect fit with the one next door (#271921) for larger groups.

Notes:
We are 4 miles south of town on the EAST side of the valley.  It's in a quiet residential neighborhood next to the golf course, an 18 unit project called Castillo that was very well laid out with lawn, trees, one of the nicer pools with fewer people to share it, and close to the nature you come here to see.  Walk right out the door and up the road past a rock art panel and into the nearby fins which puts you on the rim and access to Mill Creek Canyon.  (PS... Very different from everything near the noisy, commercial, highway corridor on the WEST side of the valley.)

Great stay!!!

We stayed here with friends for three nights and we had a great time. The condo is well-stocked with lots of kitchen utensils, plenty of towels and bath cloths. The ice maker was full when we got there and that is always a plus. The condo was clean from top to bottom. The location is great for exploring Arches and Canyonlands National Park as well as Dead Horse Point State Park. The condo is located close enough to everything you need and far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The rental transaction from the beginning to the end. We will definitely return! If you ever decide to sell the storytellers in the upstairs hall, please call us! We would definitely be interested! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Peaceful and quiet

A great location if you are looking to be out of the hubbub of downtown. Comfortable bed and roomy accommodations. Nice home base for exploring a few of the many canyons of Canyonlands in our 4wd vehicle. Would definitely rent again.

WARM AND WELCOMING

Myself, my husband and a friend took a wonderful motorcycle trip from Toronto, Ontario to Moab, Utah and had planned a 3 night stay. After researching motels and hotels, we decided that we wanted a more comfortable home base. Somewhere we could kick back, make some of our own meals and sit out on the back patio at the end of the day.

We were able to accomplish this at Rob and Lisa's townhome. It was perfect.

Lovely!

Perfect location for a family of 5! Very nice, clean, and we loved having a pool right next door! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable "home base" in Moab.

Comfortable, convenient, and cozy

My sisters and I spent Thanksgiving weekend in this townhouse and were very happy with the accommodations. Three bedrooms so we each had our own space, clean, and quiet. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The gas fireplace was a big plus! Rob and Lisa were very good a communicating. The only thing I would comment on is that the TV was a little difficult to figure out!

Super location à Moab

Ma famille (2 jeunes garçons 5 et 2 ans) avons passé un agréable séjour à Moab et particulièrement dans cette maison.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu avant l'heure et les propriétaires (Lisa et Rob) ont étés très arrangeants.

La maison est conforme à la description: très propre et fonctionnelle. Le voisinage est discret et la piscine est très agréable après une après-midi de randonnées.

Oui ! Nous reviendrons, y a tellement de choses à faire aux alentours de Moab et la maison est très bien située.
