ArrowLeaf #303 is Ski In / Ski Out in the beautiful ArrowLeaf Lodge at Empire Pass in Upper Deer Valley, Park City, Utah. Just walk into the ArrowLeaf Lodge's Ski Locker Room, grab your skis and boots from your large, private Ski Locker, go out the automatic sliding glass door, drop your skis on the groomed snow and ski about 100 yards down the gentle Silver Buck run to the base of the high speed Silver Strike Express quad lift. No dealing with the crowds or parking at Snow Park or Silver Lake base areas - get first tracks on what feels like a private ski run and ski lift!

ArrowLeaf 303 is on the 3rd Floor, a sunny corner unit with high ceilings and full-height windows to take advantage of the expansive Wasatch views of Deer Valley & Park City Mountain Resort ski slopes, and downhill views all the way to Park City and the Uinta Mountain Range. The southern and western exposure makes Arrowleaf 303 warm and bright, and the sunny balcony is fantastic in the afternoon, with great sunsets. It's so much better to have these 'big sky' mountain vistas (rather than facing the slope and ski lift - no noisy snowmobiles, snow cats or snow blowers in the middle of the night!) Also, unlike many other condos, Arrowleaf 303 doesn't face another lodge (thus it's not dark, and you don't feel like you're living in a 'fish bowl'!)

ArrowLeaf 303 has a spectacular open Great Room, light and bright with terrific views. The unique wood floors are made from reclaimed wood from an old 1886 barn in Ohio. The gourmet Kitchen has granite counter tops and a large bar with 4 bar stools. The Wolf stove includes a griddle for making pancakes before a day of skiing. The refrigerator, icemaker, wine cooler and microwave all are Sub Zero. The dishwasher is a super quiet Asko. There's also a stainless steel gas grill on the balcony. Add in several of our favorite local cookbooks and a cookbook stand - ArrowLeaf 303 is equipped for all your cooking and drinking needs.

The unique dining table is made of Amazon reclaimed wood and can comfortably seat 8. Plus there's a cozy Breakfast Nook with a custom copper table that can seat another +/- 6 people.

The Great Room has a 42' LCD HD flat screen TV with DVD player over the stone fireplace. Just flip a switch and the Gas Fireplace roars to life. Two comfy chairs and a soft leather couch (that pulls out into a very comfortable king bed.) ArrowLeaf 303 is professionally decorated, with original artwork by award winning Utah pastel artist, Jennifer Worsley. The sideboard contains a variety of games and books for your enjoyment.

There is an easy to use Geneva Lab audiophile-quality stereo iPod Docking Station, Bluetooth capable with FM radio. And there is free wifi throughout Arrowleaf 303, plus local telephone service. For comfort, new Nest 2nd Generation thermostats have been installed throughout - simple to operate!

ArrowLeaf 303's entryway is immediately across from the tastefully designed 3rd floor Elevator Lobby (no need to walk down a long hallway.) When you enter the Arrowleaf 303's Foyer, there's a large Coat Closet, a long wooden bench, and a sturdy custom coat rack made from reclaimed wine barrels and rail spikes - perfect for your ski coats, hats and scarves.

The Powder Room is just down the hallway from the Foyer. Another hallway Closet contains the Maytag stacked washer and dryer. All 3 Bedrooms are covered with soft, wool carpet and each has its own Bath.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, two end tables with lamps, full size dresser, large mirror and 42' LCD HD flat screen TV. You can lay in bed and enjoy the beautiful mountain views, and designer curtains add coziness to the room. The Master Bathroom has granite counter tops, two sinks, a jetted tub, a large glass enclosed shower and a separate Toilet Room for privacy. The floor has radiant heat to keep your fee warm as you ready for your morning ski.

The Second Bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, two night stands with lamps, a dresser, a flat screen TV and a mirror. The adjoining Bathroom has a glass shower, one sink and a granite counter top.

The Third Bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, a night stand, lamp and a large flat screen TV, plus an adjoining Bathroom.

Each Bedroom has a portable humidifier available for your comfort. All rooms have 2-inch stained wood blinds which can be adjusted to your taste.

The building has underground heated Parking if you choose to rent a car or SUV. The Ski Locker Room is on the ground floor which includes your own private large Ski Locker with boot warmers. On this same floor is Arrowleaf Lodge's Hearth Room. It includes a beautifully decorated lobby with 2 internet-connected desktop computers, a professional grade Starbucks coffee/espresso/tea/hot cocoa machine and library seating area. There is also a 100 year old antique Brunswick slate pool table, darts, and large stone fireplace with lots of comfy seating.

Just outside the Ski Locker Room is one of ArrowLeaf's two Fire Pits surrounded by relaxing chairs, and two large, slopeside Hot Tubs. A few steps away is a large patio area with outdoor grill/kitchen, and an amazing blue rock fire pit with a waterfall backdrop!

Free chauffeur service! One of the best things is that you really won't need to rent a car or SUV, thanks to the included (i.e. free!) "Empire Express" service. Just call and you'll be picked up at ArrowLeaf Lodge's front door and driven to Park City's historic Main Street for shopping or dining, or they'll even take you to Park City Mountain Resort in the morning - and then pick you up and bring you back whenever you're done skiing for the day!

Also - no need to go to Snow Park or Silver Lake and wait in line to buy your lift tickets - they are available immediately less than 100 yards down the ski run at the base of the Silver Strike Express chairlift. If you like to get first tracks, ArrowLeaf 303 is the spot for you.

Summers also are wonderful in Deer Valley, with hiking and biking trails throughout the mountain starting just outside the door, swimming, water skiing, tennis, golf, and many other activities within easy walking or driving distance.

About The Owner

We met while attending Duke University, and have been married for over 25 years. We are blessed with three children, a son and two daughters. Our family also includes Buffett, our English Springer Spaniel, plus a goldfish and 9 chickens! We live in Annapolis, Maryland and enjoy sailing on the Chesapeake Bay as much as we enjoy skiing at Deer Valley!

Why The Owner chose Deer Valley

We have skied all over the country and in Europe, and we truly believe that Deer Valley is the best place in the world for families to vacation together. Everything at Deer Valley is first class, the town of Park City has authentic mountain charm and great dining/shopping, and ArrowLeaf Lodge is an easy 45 minute drive from Salt Lake City airport.

We have been visiting Deer Valley in the winter and summer for over 10 years. Before purchasing ArrowLeaf 303 we rented various homes and condos in just about every neighborhood at Deer Valley, and also downtown in historic Park City.

After all of our experiences, we determined our favorite location was the Empire Pass neighborhood in Upper Deer Valley. It's the newest and nicest part of Deer Valley. We love the views, we love getting first tracks, and we love the free and easy Dial-a-Ride service to/from Main Street for shopping and dining.

We love the quality and beauty of ArrowLeaf Lodge, and we enjoy being in the ArrowLeaf 'A Building.' (Only the A Building has the awesome Hearth Room with Billiards table and big fireplace. And the A Building has two outdoor hot tubs rather than just one. Finally the A Building has one nice big parking garage rather than B Building's two smaller ones.)

Unlike the crowded Northside lift, the Silver Strike lift next to ArrowLeaf Lodge feels like a private ski lift - it's never crowded! And on powder days, we always get to Deer Valleys best slopes much sooner than the crowds who begin their day at the main base area!

What makes this condo unique

It's hard to decide what the best things about ArrowLeaf Lodge are. Obviously the ski in / ski out location is absolutely perfect (and great for hiking/biking in the summertime - literally just walk outside and start your journey!) For us, Arrowleaf 303's location and convenience maximizes family time.

On ski days, instead of having lunch at one of Deer Valley's lodges, we often come back to Arrowleaf Lodge to make a quick sandwich or cup of soup before heading back out. It's cheaper and faster. (This doesn't mean we don't occasionally enjoy the famous buffet at the Stein Erikson Lodge!) We'll also ski by ArrowLeaf Lodge to run in and grab a free cup of hot chocolate from the fancy Starbucks coffee/cocoa machine in the Hearth Room!

Speaking of the Hearth Room - it is so beautiful and comfortable - it sort of serves as an extension of our condominium. It's a great place to hang out with friends and family in front of the roaring fire. And our after-dinner family billiard 'tournaments' are much more fun than just sitting in front of the TV all night!

The free Dial-a-Ride service saves money and means no hassle to find a parking spot when shopping or dining on Main Street. And when we occasionally want to ski at PCMR or Canyons, it's great to have Dial-a-Ride chauffeur you right up to the ticket booth!

ArrowLeaf 303 is on the best corner of the preferred 'A Building.' We have long western mountain views from every single room (none of our rooms look directly into another condo building.) And ONLY the 3rd and 4th floors truly have unimpeded views above the beautiful aspen trees - our view is gorgeous!

ArrowLeaf's new (2015) outdoor patio area includes a full outdoor kitchen and party area, nice seating, gorgeous landscaping and a 'waterfall firepit!'
