Right on the Beach! 2 bedrooms plus loft! Perfect for a dual family vacation!

Shoreline Villas townhomes are located on the Gulf on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, just east of Carillon Beach. You can’t get any closer to the sand than step off the back deck to the surgery white sands.

The kitchen, bathrooms and floors have all been remodeled. Since this unit is on the end, you have a large window in the living room. The living room has a sliding glass door leading out to the deck providing lots of light! On the main floor you will find a half bath, kitchen, living room and laundry closet. On the second floor, there is a guest bedroom and a master bedroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath and private balcony. The loft area has a sleeper sofa, television, and a shared full bath.

The Shoreline Villas are conveniently located close to amenities and activities. There are two grocery stores within a quarter mile. Pier Park is just a 5-7 minute drive to the east where you will find excellent shopping, a wide variety of restaurants, several night clubs, a 16 theater cinema, and many activities for the kids, including amusement park rides, laser tag, bungee jumping, and more.

Just a few miles to the west is Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, where you can rent bikes to cruise the Scenic 30-A bike trail, enjoy a casual lunch on the patio of Wild Olives or Summer Kitchen, or enjoy one of several first class restaurants for fine dining. If you enjoy music, you are sure to enjoy the 'Groovin on the Green concert series in Carillon Beach which is less than a quarter mile away.

There are five public golf courses within a 30 minute drive of Shoreline Villas. Camp Creek, Bay Point, the 27 holes at The Hombre, Signal Hill and Holiday Club.

Great location - Remodeling was nice but furnishings and appliances need upgrading

LOVED the location! Right on the beach! Very private and loved end unit! Property has been remodeled structurally, but not the furnishings. Bathrooms were great (no tub). Kitchen cabinets remodeled, but none of the appliances matched, didn't function 100%, and were very old. Toaster was the nicest appliance (big and small). Dishwasher door is dangerous (falls to the ground and is very heavy). Washer spin cycle works about 1/5 of the time. Dryer didn't vent outside. Beds need to be replaced too. Loft sofa sleeper nicest. Televisions only in LR and loft. Window treatments are basically sheers on living area and master bedroom sliding doors. Nice window on end unit but blinding late afternoon with no way to block out the sun. AC works great on first floor but gets very warm upstairs.

Will stay in this complex again, but different unit. Rental company was extremely nice and helpful. Had to take down ceiling fan that was not safe and brought us a box fan to help with the heat upstairs.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know if areas that would improve your experiance. We have addressed some of the issues you mentioned. We installed a new dishwasher and microwave, so no more problems with the dangerous door or the mismatched appliances. Next, on our list is the stovetop...the one there now does work properly, but as is likely with the "coil" burners they do tend to dislodge at times, especially after cleaning up any spills. We will be replacing it with a new black glass topped unit as soon as possible. All other appliances are new. Sincerely, Ann Marie

Location, location, location!

This place has it all for the PERFECT beach get-away. We stayed with another couple and we all loved everything about our stay. The beach house is outstanding, w/ pretty bedrooms, upgraded showers and a wonderful kitchen. The pictures do not do it justice. Although right on the beach, we were minutes (we could walk!) from grocery shopping, restaurants and a quick drive to 30A. Could sleep six without a problem. We explored every State Park in the area and took a helicopter ride over the beach. So much to do. La Bonne Vie could easily become my beach home away from home.

Feels like home away from home!

Perfect location for a relaxing, long weekend at the beach! Its right on the beach and offers so much privacy being the end unit. You have the best of both worlds with a short drive to either 30A and Destin or Pier Park in PCB.

The master bed was super comfy. The showers are huge! The loft area was nice to relax in after dinner. I can't wait to stay here again! I would def recommend this place to family and friends.

Nice on the beach vacation rental, just a new tweeks needed.

Lovely and right on the beach. Nicely decorated and remodeled. Nice end unit too!

A suggestion would be a multi-zone AC or bigger unit? It is HOT upstairs during the day and doesn't really cool off at night for restful sleep.

Other suggestion is better communication with maid service. Understood 0 English and it was not Spanish to have a shot at communicating. We stayed 2 weeks. Maid came into unit after 1 week wanting us out. On check out day, she came again almost 2 hours before we were due out. We did not enjoy last morning and felt very rushed as she kept pacing outside the unit. I just put a sour note on an otherwise nice stay!

Amazing Stay!

This beach house has spoiled us into only wanting to stay here. It is amazing that you can step off the porch onto sand. The beach is uncrowded and so serene. It is convenient to come in from the beach for lunch or for a break from the sun! We will definitely stay here again!

WOW --I love it

Beautiful townhouse just three steps down to the uncrowded beach. White sand

and carribbean blue waters. It is the end unit (#16) and the large picture window

on the side gives a perfect view all the way down the beach, with a breathtaking

sunset view. Wonderful restaurants along RT 30A, especially in Rosemary beach,

Allys beach and Seaside. Outdoor concerts in the summer. I will be back; my

favorite spot.
