About the apartment:

This 100 square meters private London home is located in a secure residential building without a lift. It spans three different levels and offers a spacious alternative to your typical London hotel. This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

On the ground level you will find the cosy living area with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed to sleep a 5th person if required. Extra linens are available for this bed. The living room also contains a decorative fireplace, flat screen television with cable, and a dining table and chairs for four. The fully equipped kitchen lies just off of the living area and comes with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are provided for your convenience.

The bedrooms are located on the first and second floors of the home. Both bedrooms contain comfortable queen size beds, nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. There are two modern en-suite bathrooms with either a bath or shower, hand sink, heated towel rails, toilets and hair dryers. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 5 people as well.

A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the flat. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in London.

With this vacation rental in central London, you will find yourself just minutes from all of the best things that the city has to offer. Situated steps from Piccadilly Circus, the West End and Trafalgar Square, you are surrounded by things to see and do. Great Location, Great Space, Great Trip

Thanks a lot, Paul and Clement, for sharing your lovely modern apartment in the West End. It was a great part of town, so close to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, the theatres, and more. Tons of restaurants and pubs in the area too. We liked shopping on the nearby Oxford Street and even easily walked to Buckingham Palace and Saint James Park. We discovered the Camden Lock Market which was just charming - so many food stalls and and choices from every corner of the globe, delicious. The apartment was perfect for two couples and surprisingly calm when you think about where it is located. We would recommend it highly.

Great Apartment for Family stay in London

We visited London this summer with our 3 children ages 11,9 and 6. This apartment proved to be ideal. It is clean and modern. Great, safe and central neighborhood with very short walk to the tube station. It is rather calm considering the fact that it's so close to Piccadilly Circus. We live in the quiet suburbs and are not used to the city hustle and bustle but we all slept like babies. We were able to stock the fridge from the local market and have a great "home" to come back to at the end of a long day of seeing the sights. Washing machine definitely in handy and the WiFi made it easy to plan out the days activities and knock out email. Paul’s helper was there to greet us when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful.. I would certainly recommend this unit.

Excellent location

We were here 4 days/3 nights (June 2 to June 6, 2016). Location is excellent - close to tube station(s) and in the heart of everything - trafalgar square, piccadilly, shopping, groceries, restaurants, plenty of things were walking distance. We felt very safe coming back at anytime of day or night in the area. Nice to have 2 full baths with 5 people getting ready every morning. Also able to make breakfast at home everyday since there was a gas stove, toaster, microwave, fridge so that was definitely a perk. Even reheating leftovers.

The layout is across 3 floors so if you are not used to winding stairs, keep this in mind. The carpet is rough to tread on also. The sofabed is acceptable enough for one person. There is some noise for sure as you are in a busy area of town so if you are a light sleeper, consider earplugs. The washer and dryer are on different floors but it was nice to make use of them every day. There were some very minor things that we noticed (dryer lint not removed, no scrubbing pad provided to wash dishes with) but due to the location, we would consider staying here again for sure.

The flat is very spacious and great for a big group. We mention the stairs in the listing and of course do not suggest that those with mobility issues book this apartment, but for most other people it should not be a problem. We apologize if the level of cleanliness did not meet our own high standards. Thanks to your feedback, we have made a little checklist to remember to catch the spots we sometimes miss like the lint tap of the dryer. Great Location Apartment

This apartment was in a great location, You couldn't get any better as far a central London, close to 2 different Metro's--Picadilly Circus and Leister square.

Reservations were handled professionally and timely. Apartment was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated.

There are a number of steps to climb so if you have any disabilities this would not be a good unit for you as the main floor is on the 2nd level and each bedroom is on the 3rd and 4th level respectively. Since it is so centralized noise can be a factor if you keep any windows open--with the windows closed it was not a problem. Since there is no a/c they should provide fans for each level. Again this wasn't a problem for us because the weather was pleasant.

Beds were very comfortable--Living area furniture isn't very comfy (futon for couch-which is hard for 4 adults to sit on). Table and chairs are newer but not very sturdy.

Overall this place worked great for us--we were out most of the day and only back at the apartment to sleep, so the living room furniture wasn't too much of a problem. Pictures represented the apartment well. Washer and dryer is great to have as well.

Amazing Location, Great Experience

The apartment was in an amazing location, close to so many wonderful sights and restaurants. Julian checked us in and even agreed to meet us earlier than our arranged time. The apartment has plenty of space for a family of five, we were very comfortable. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend the apartment to our family and friends.
