The full and well-appointed kitchen invites home cooks to eat in from time to time, and looks conveniently across the dining area to a broad balcony with exquisite lake outlooks. The cheerful living area has a gas fire and ample plump sofas for a cosy atmosphere on even the most wintery night. Relax with a wine or a coffee and absorb the alpine ambience.

staying at the property unaccompanied by a parent or guardian must also be over the age of 25 years. MasterCard andamp; Visa's are accepted a 2.5% transaction fee will be charged on all credit card transactions.

The living areas ( kitchen, dining room , lounge ) and view were excellent ( 4 star ).

The living areas ( kitchen, dining room , lounge ) and view were excellent ( 4 star ). But the bedroom layout was a bit quirky. 2 had no light, one had too much light....and the room positions were odd. We were 3 couples...so it worked for us ( each bedroom has a very clean/ modern ensuite )...but they fayastic view of Lake Whakatipu made up for this ).

This property was clean and very well suited for our family of 6. The view was spectacular and an easy walk to town center. Only thing that stops me from giving it 5 stars is the kitchen. The kitchen certainly had the basics (flatware, dishes, some pots and pans), but nothing beyond that as far as even salt and pepper. That is ok, if it was communicated in the information. We cooked a everyday in the kitchen so a few those essentials would have been nice.
