Location, Location, Location
This place is quiet and secluded, even though it's in the heart of one of the busiest parts of town.
The privacy is incredible, and the location is unbeatable.
Property was in an awesome location with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. The condo was really great for the price! The only reason I give it 4 stars is it could have been a little cleaner; a few dust bunnies and we didn't realize it didn't have cable tv but that was our mistake. Overall a good experience.
Stayed one night in this beautiful, well appointed condo with my 3 sisters for our Christmas get-together. 2 full bathrooms which were well utilized by the 4 of us - comfy cozy beds. Nice kitchen, and living spaces. Close to Cibo Wine Bar Restaurant where we had reservations. We walked! Lovely owners, lovely Toronto condo!
We booked this condo for the location of what we were in Toronto for and it was perfect. Easy access to public transportation and of course cabs. The choice of restaurants and shops were plentiful and we appreciated the selection to choose from. The well-stocked grocery (listed in the information booklet in the condo) was perfect and the produce available was of great quality and the fact it was across the street was excellent. The extra price paid for the goods was not that much more and we could walk there in under 5 minutes.
We requested an early check in was granted once it was determined the previous guest was not going to be there. We did check the rental calendar prior to requesting the check in and it stated the property was available. Regardless, we were able to get in and that was a good thing. Craig was very accommodating and met our friend and provided the details of checking out, all went very smoothly.
The kitchen counters, bathrooms, floors were all clean save for some 'dust bunnies' that had accumulated under the desks in both bedrooms. There was also laundry in both the washer and dryer that we did not touch as we did not need to use those appliances.
Checking out was easy but I did contact Craig to ensure that leaving the door unlocked was okay as it was odd to do that, he responded immediately and we were assured that someone would be there very soon after we left to pick up the keys.
We did have to send a reminder as to where our damage deposit was. Craig apologized for the oversight and the deposit was returned, in full.
The location is great for those that would like to be in a cross-roads spot per se to access evenly what Toronto has to offer.
This apartment is in the heart of Downtown Toronto, close to all bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. Within 15 minutes of walking my friends and I passed hundreds of pubs, bars, clubs, restaurants, and shops. The location is PRIME.
The apartment is clean, and very safe. You need a key fob to enter the building and parking garage at all times. Speaking of parking - we had a designated parking spot! Just coordinate with the owners before hand so you know where to go.The apartment itself is very modern, beautiful open concept kitchen/living/dining. The living room couch is comfy, and the living room has access to all video streaming services. We had a full linen closet, coffee, and a few things for us in the fridge.
Both bedrooms were spacious, the beds were big and inviting and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The water pressure was also very very strong, I loved it! The owners were so kind and helpful, easy to talk to and very prompt with the responses.
All in all this place was: 1) Clean 2) Safe 3)In an AMAZING location 4) Great for a group of friends or small family. Definitely book this for your next Toronto Trip!

The damage deposit will be returned following an inspection of the unit.
This inspection will check for serious damage (not including minor scuffs or wear and tear), including but not limited to holes in walls, difficult to remove stains on carpets, torn or damaged fixtures, smoking and other damage, damage to electrical systems or serious water damage.
Other damage that will be deducted from the damage deposit includes repair or replacement charges for damage to furniture and any lost goods.
Note that all items are inventoried and the full replacement amount for any missing items will be charged.
Not showing up or appearing the day of rental will not result in refunds, as this cancels any chances of renting the unit to anyone else.
Smoking of any substance is not permitted within the building or the unit.
Smoking will incur an additional cleanup and damage penalty, depending on the difficulty of removing all traces of damage and wear.
