My friends and I only stayed for one night, and not knowing Houston very well, this felt like an ideal location--close to museums, good food, night life, etc. The apartment itself is immaculate and beautiful. Only tricky part was sharing one bathroom between three gals :) But otherwise a beautiful spot if you're staying in Houston!
Over all the property was centrally located near the heart of downtown Houston. We were staying there because my daughter was showing in the Houston County livestock rodeo and it worked out well for us. I will say if you're driving a F250 or greater pick up truck the parking is going to be anything but easy I had to back the vehicle in for easier access to leave. PS. A dully will not fit.
If you're looking for a couple get away, you found it.
The home is very comfortable and nicely remodeled. The host was very responsive to any of our questions.
The location, manager, and living space were all excellent. We had a great time and would hope to book the same location for any trips in the coming future.
Great place, convenient location, friendly host. I recommend this property!
The apartment was nicely decorated and had beautiful old wooden floors and period touches. It was clean and had character. The owner was very attentive - he met us on arrival and checked in each day to be sure everything was OK. We visit Houston periodically for visits to MD Anderson and we like to walk to our appointments and to restaurants. While we did walk it wasn't ideal - pretty far and not a very pleasant walk. That was really the only downside for us. If you are driving, it was great.
