Stunning Newly Remodeled 4 Bedroom, 7 Bath Villa. Sleeps 8 - 10.

This newly remodeled and just listed 5,000 sq. ft. villa plus casita is perched atop of Peninsula de Santiago with views of the entire Santiago Bay and the mountains beyond. The outside terrace, pool, bar and BBQ make this a place you want to call home. The four bedrooms are beautifully decorated with ensuite bathrooms. There are two master suites with king beds, a bedroom with a queen bed and a separate apartment with 2 queen beds, a complete kitchenette and living area with TV . The main floor hosts the kitchen and dining area which is perfect for an easy breakfast or gourmet meal. Enjoy cable TV or movies in the family room, connect to wi-fi or just watch the pelicans glide by. In addition there is a 450 square foot casita situated just below the main house where you can lay out your yoga mat, relax for the day or enjoy cocktails at sunset. It is equipped with a wet bar, fridge, bath and shower. You can actually see the fish swim in the tide pools below and at night you can light up the surf. The property is staffed with a housekeeper/private chef. While the famous Audiencia Beach is just a 5 minute walk, you probably won't want to leave. Why Mary Catherine chose Manzanillo

We purchased this property because we could not get over the view. It's incredible and you never tire of looking at it. We named the villa "Pelicanos" because the pelicans, frigates and other birds glide gracefully by at eye level. The sea below is so blue and clear that from the terrace you can see fish and other sea life. During the season you can spot whales breaching and spouting right there from poolside. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Kathie and I along with our guests experienced true, relaxing paradise when we visited your fabulous villa, Pelicanos, this past March. The view was spectacular and expertly matched by the service and friendliness of the staff. Having a chef, bartender and daily maid service really spoiled all of us. The view from the deck directly facing the bay and the incredible sunsets made us long for the next day and the adventures to come. The home is inviting, comfortable, very spacious, expertly decorated and totally first class on all levels. Your concierge helped us with a private, English speaking driver who was courteous and very knowledgeable of the local highlights, history, and shopping spots. We will definitely return to Manzanillo and Pelicanos. What a fabulous way to unwind. Thank you for your hospitality and for making your home available.

Unforgettable View

This is an amazing property. The view down on the ocean is spectacular with the most brilliant sunsets. We stayed in a room below the pool that projects out into the ocean. It was so special to sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean breeze and breaking waves. Our friends stayed in the main house and were also impressed. Flor the cook and house keep totally spoils you with Mexican food. A car and driver were available for a modest fee and they arranged golf and day excursions for us. This is an amazing place. The owner, Doug, visited and made sure all was in order. He also provided information about the best restaurant in town, Pacifica (must go and meet chef Wolfgang).

What a great home! Did not disappoint

My wife and I rented the home in May. The weather was great. The home was very clean, on the newer side (remodeled). The pictures are accurate. Amazing views, very nice pool, furniture is first class all the way. Flor and her husband did an excellent job taking care of us. The location was also very good. A short drive into town as compared to other rentals. We will return for sure.

Absolutely fabulous!!

Throughout the planning, booking and paying process Mary was a delight to deal with!! She was helpful, undestanding and generous with her time.

Pelicanos is just wonderful. The view of Santiago Bay is mesmerising....we spent literally hours watching the birds and sea life! Mary provides good quality binoculars to help with this and we really appreciated them!

The house is extremely well furnished and decorated...somebody has an eye for interior design!

Throughout our four weeks we were looked after by the lovely and hard working Flor and Belen! The morning breakfasts were a treat, we enjoyed

almost daily guacamole and pico de gallo, there were too many wonderful dinners and lunches to mention individually! Just fantastic!

Flor would call a taxi for us if we wanted to go to Walmart, the beach or out to a restaurant for dinner. A truly memorable vacation!!

Extraordinary Pelicanos Vacation

Absolutely gorgeous property with the most beautiful views, sunsets and setting. Our staff, Flor, Belen & Hugo were wonderful. Could not have been more attentive and the food was great. Ask Hugo to grill ribs and Flor to make fried ice cream. Loved our visit and these people. Great! Great! Great!

Simply amazing

A Bird's Eye View of Paradise says it all. The house has breathtaking 180 degree views. A glass of champagne and a beautiful sunset every day. Lots of comfortable places to lounge, in the sun, and in the shade. And in the evening, the smart TV was used to watch movies. Flor and Hugo took very good care of us and cooked delicious food every day. Mary, the owner, is super nice and easy to work with. We would love to return someday. This place is simply amazing.

Words can't express how amazing this home is!! My husband & I stayed at 2 different places while visiting Manzanillo & I didn't want to leave either. Los Pelicanos was the perfect place to watch the sunset, enjoy the amazing view of the bay, & simply relax. Already planning our return visit 😀🌞👙
