This beautifully appointed three bed, two and a half bath home is near he heart of Virginia Highland (VaHi), one of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods.

Built in 1920, the Craftsman has ample charm, space and original detail. From the wood burning fireplace in the living room to the 10 ft ceilings and the original hardwood floors, you'll feel as though you stepped back in time when things were a bit more simple.

The home has a large kitchen with two bar stools and a high round table with seating for four, granite countertops, and a gas range. The master bedroom has a TV and Roku device for use with your subscription.

Enjoy the spacious back deck or front porch for cocktails or dining alfresco.

GUEST ACCESS: Entire home and fenced in backyard.

INTERACTION WITH GUEST: As much or as little as desired by our guest. STAY creates a personalized web page for each Guest with all the information needed to ensure an awesome experience. We send out a link to each person's web page once a booking is confirmed and add more details in phases leading up to arrival. After check in, we interact as much or as little as desired by each Guest, but we are available via phone, text and/or email if and when needed, and 24/7 for urgent matters. We also send occasional communications to guests about events and/or community news and happenings, as applicable.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: VaHi has an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, nightlife and cultural activities from which to choose. Grocery and other convenience stores are also the perfect distance away.

On North Highland Avenue, there are numerous upscale boutiques and dining establishments. For excellent brunch or lunch and an excellent wine selection, go to Murphy’s. Another great locals spot is Fontaine’s Oyster House. Visit El Taco for Mexican, and DBA Barbeque rocks.

Nearby in Inman Park, there’s Barcelona - good for happy hour tapas, Rathbun’s Steak - one of the best spots in Atlanta, and Wisteria, with award winning food. Within walking distance is Little Five Points, Atlanta’s version of Greenwich Village. The Porter has the best selection of beers from the around the world and great food. The Wrecking Bar has been recognized nationally for their rotating IPA’s brewed in the basement of the historic mansion. Soto Soto - high end Northern Italian restaurant (reservations a must), Fritti - best pizza in the city, and Surin of Thailand - authentic Thai.

Looking to eat breakfast? Try The Flying Biscuit, Folk Art, Highland Bakery, or Radial Café--all local favorites. Starbucks is just up the street and there is a great family owned pharmacy next door that can fill prescriptions and has DVD’s to rent for $1. Edgewood Retail Center is close and has a grocery store and Target.

Shopping in this area is wonderful. Little Five Points is an eclectic mix of boutiques, thrift clothing stores, and alternative retaiI. Inman Park has a retail area located along Elizabeth Street and N. Highland Avenue in the Inman Quarters Development Krog Street Market. Krog Street is Atlanta’s version of Chelsea Market and has wonderful food and retail booths along with 3 excellent restaurants- Suprica, Craft Izakaya, and The Luminary.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Atlanta Botanical Gardens, GA Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, CNN Center, Fox Theatre, Atlanta History Museum, Fernbank Science Center, Children’s Museum of Atlanta, High Museum of Art, Piedmont Park, Buckhead Atlanta, Atlanta Zoo, Atlanta BeltLine.

GETTING AROUND: Marta is Atlanta's subway system. Check online for more details and locations. LYFT, UBER and UBERx are also available.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: A short term rental agreement will be sent over after the booking is confirmed to sign. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid driver’s license. Booking name, license, and name on credit card must all match. Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking with a credit card, and even after booking if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with the property. STAY will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.

BOOKING POLICY: STAY specializes in production/corporate housing. We prioritize leases for prospective longer term Guests, and open up the calendars to shorter term stays 2 - 3 weeks out if still available. If you are more than 2 - 3 weeks from your desired check in date, and are inquiring on a shorter term stay, please check back with us and we'll do our best to place you at that time.

PET POLICY: STAY may charge a non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$350 depending on the type/breed. Not all properties accept pets.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made fourteen days prior to your intended check-in date. Depending on the situation, contact STAY LLC to discuss further refund.

ADDITIONAL RULES: This is a non-smoking unit and Guest will be charged a hefty fine/liquidated damages if there is evidence of smoking of any kind. No parties or loitering in shared or public spaces are permitted. No criminal activity is permitted anywhere on or near the premises. No filming of any kind is permitted on the premises without express written consent. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respectful of the noise ordinance. Check in time is after 3pm - any early check ins will need to be approved in writing by property manager the day before check in. Guests are not allowed in the unit prior to 3pm while it is still being cleaned. Check out time is by 11am sharp, unless property management has given written permission. An unapproved late check out will constitute as holdover, and will be charged as such. Please be mindful of utility usage. We thank you in advance for taking good care of the property.

Very nice! Great location! Accommodated 5 adults and 1 child easily.

Very nice and spacious house in a great central location. The only comment made by others was that it would be nice if there were small tvs in each bedroom, but other than that, everyone enjoyed their stay and plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 child!

Enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great neighborhood. Perfect to take walks and walk your dog. Clean and updated home.
