Awesome stay

  • 5 of 5

It was a very nice, big house in a nice secluded area that is not too far from the canyons. Very reasonable price for the amenities it had. We were very happy with the place and will definitely rent it again.

House in Boulder, UT

  • 4 of 5

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend. There are very few lodging options in Boulder, UT. This is a pre-fab double wide house, so low end construction, but comfortable and it worked well for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was clean. The kitchen was well equipped, but the coffee maker was broken and the gas fire place did not work. Also a kitchen light kept coming detached from the cabinets. Otherwise, things were fine. Great views and privacy and a very quiet neighborhood. Also, they did not provide any bar soap - luckily we had some with us.

Mouse Droppings Everywhere

  • 1 of 5

I've never written a negative review, but when we arrived there was extensive evidence of mice. Mouse droppings were all over the counter tops, in the silverware drawers, around the tub in the master. It gave us the heebie jeebies. I disinfected everything and cleaned up when we arrived. We had to wash everything before using and clean up after the mice daily. When I informed the property manager by text and voice mail (he never responded to phone calls) I never received a response, an apology. The house itself was nice with tons of space. The fireplace didn't work.

beautiful home great area spiders spiders spriders

  • 4 of 5

everything was great with the home and property however it was clear to me that nobody had used or cleaned the main bathroom shower.

when we tried to use it there were spider webs and several spiders that had made a home in the shower curtain. it made for an interesting night with a house full of teenagers. talk to your cleaning staff.

all in all we had a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone.

Our adult hiking group loved staying in this home

  • 5 of 5

Our adult hiking group loved staying in this home for 4 nights. It has plenty of light and windows which is awesome. We found the home with no problems. Just off of Boulder Mountain. Plenty of parking. Plenty of space in the living room for some yoga each morning. Nice large great room to enjoy everyone's company. Loved all the bedrooms. Master bedroom where I stayed was very comfortable. To soothe sore muscles after a long day of hiking, take advantage of the spacious tub in the master bathroom. Bring your own bath pillow so you can truly relax and soak for a while. This was one of the highlights for me each evening! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to feed a group in a nice casual comfortable atmosphere. Our time was spent hiking between Boulder and Escalante. Even though it may have taken 30 - 40 minutes to get to a trailhead, we never got tired of the amazing views while driving to and from our hikes along All American Highway 12!
