Beautiful layout features two separate wings of the house. One with 2 bedrooms(one with a double and single bed and the other with a queen) and 2 full baths (one bath with door to the pool) and the other wing with master bedroom(king bed),walk in closet, master bath and 4th bedroom(queen). 2 bedrooms have sliding glass doors out to the pool,a great way to wake up in the morning.
Large great room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace and wet bar is perfect for relaxing watching the big screen TV. Formal dining room seats 8
and opens to the pool deck,perfect for entertaining.
Full kitchen with vaulted ceilings and skylite includes all appliances,dishes,utensils,double door fridge with ice maker,dishwasher,microwave and cooktop. Pantry provides spices, oils and necessities for cooking. Outdoor kitchen features Jenn Air grill perfect for grilling and enjoying brunch at the outdoor patio table around the pool.
Kitchen seating area has 2 walls of glass doors to the pool and plenty of seating at the table or 4 stools at the island.
Living room features leather sofa,loveseat and chairs for entertaining before dinner and faces out to the large front yard and quiet street.
The large screened pool area backs onto a Conservation Area and there is also a creek and green space along one side of the house providing complete privacy at the pool.
This home has just been newly decorated featuring all new furnishings,mattresses,linens,appliances.
2 car garage with driveway. Both a mens and ladies bicylces available to tour the neighbourhood, run to the grocery store, or travel the 37 miles along the Gulf of Mexico on the Pinellas Trail.

My husband and I have spent 30 years visiting Clearwater,Florida in the winter and recently thought it was time to buy a home in this beautiful area. I work as a Medical Laboratory Technologist and my husband has several private companies. We stay in the home when in Florida and think it has the best of everything in location and amenities.

We have vacationed here for 30 years as my parents wintered here. The area has everything for a perfect holiday. Great attractions so close, quick ride to the airport, super restaurants and shopping,and best of all the great beaches so close.
This home is so perfectly set up for 2 families to vacation together. With the two wings in the house it provides privacy when needed and great entertaining and dining areas inside and outside. The complete privacy in the yard is so wonderful. The conservation area behind provides complete privacy at the pool and the home is surrounded by greenery. It is so convenient and quick to get to the supermarket or the beach! There is a sidewalk all the way to the Gulf of Mexico, so I ride my bike right to Honeymoon Island and spend the day at the beach. Beach chairs are in the garage!
Our extended family enjoyed two delightful weeks in this lovely home in Palm Harbour! You know how hard it is to choose and then wonder for weeks will it be the perfect place? Well, this was the perfect place! Great floor plan, with lots of seating, great kitchen table for lots of family games, superb pool area with complete privacy and no neighbor noise, with the bonus that it backs up to a conservation area full of wildlife! Completely stocked kitchen, where we made fresh ravioli as a family dinner project! Linda was a joy to work with and makes the whole process so easy. There is so much to do in the Tampa area, so many firsts for our family and so many great, great memories! Thank you to the fantastic owners for sharing your lovely home with us!
This home was much more than expected. The lay out of the home is spacious and provides privacy between bedrooms and bathrooms (two separate sleeping areas in the home). Two of the rooms open up to the immaculate pool area (heated to just over 80 degrees during some 50 degree days) that backs on to a conservation area. The home provides large gathering areas but also has separate areas if privacy or quiet is desired (large family room + smaller front living room, eat in kitchen plus a formal dining room).
The house could not be more clean. There are many upscale adds to the house including granite, a whirlpool tub, ceramic and rugged flooring. The home itself provides for a very comfortable vacation and lacks nothing. Located in a quiet neighbourhood of well-kept homes. Just arrive and enjoy.
The activities in the area are endless. From hanging out at the pool and grilling in the outdoor kitchen to heading to Pass-A-Grille, Honeymoon Beach, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs, Busch Gardens...all of these within a very short drive. Or take one of the bikes and bike the area or over to Honeymoon Beach for the Day.
Things to not miss? Swimming with the Manatees at Crystal River (Plantation) and ask for Captain Ross! Amazing experience at this time of year. Spend a day Clearwater Beach and stay long enough to see the Buskers and sunset. On the way home, make sure to eat at the Columbia Restaurant! Head out to Tarpon Springs to the Sponge Docks or down to Pass-A-Grille for a day of exploring. There is no lack of local activity. Boredom is not an option.
As for the property owners, you can't ask for nicer people. They have opened this home and made it easy. They have purchased a Beaches pass for your use, they provide a couple of bikes, they have provided a lovely home equipped with everything you need! It really doesn't get any better.
Would I recommend this home to others? In a heartbeat.
My wife and I along with our two sons have traveled to Florida every year for the past 25 years to both vacation and visit family. We discovered this house two years ago ( see previous review submitted Nov. 10, 2013) when visiting family and returned again because this house is simply exceptional. The owners are delight to deal with. The house is so spacious, comfortable and fully stocked. My son and I again enjoyed using the bicycles and this year my son enjoyed going to the driving range a few miles away using the clubs supplied by the owners. The pool is a non overlook pool backing up to a conservation area. This is the first time in 25 years that we have rented the same house twice and as long as we continue to visit family within this area ( assuming they do not drive and meet us somewhere else in FL like last year ) we will continue to rent this house if available. Thank you Linda and Richard once again for your wonderful hospitality.
Our family came in from Michigan for a family vacation on spring break. We rent houses to have our own space, particularly in the pool area. We were very pleased with the space in this house. The pool area, with the private wooded area in the background, was especially special. My wife really appreciated the house being stocked with some of the essential things in the kitchen. All in all, it was a very nice house to stay in and a very good experience. The owners were very responsive with anything we asked for.
The accommodations were superior. The house was spotless and the area was great. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The pool was beyond our expectations and the house was definitely a luxury. The décor and furniture was very tasteful. Our hosts were wonderful and went beyond and above. Could not ask for more. Definitely the way to go.....No more hotels and resorts for us!
If you're considering a trip to the Gulf side of Florida, this is the place to stay. Where to begin? The house is absolutely immaculate and move in ready. There is a huge kitchen, 4 large bedrooms, a large living room and a pool area w/ outside kitchen. There are numerous amenities including HD televisions in almost every room, full range of kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, did I mention the pool? The house is completely updated and has a very inviting decor. There are numerous things to do within a 1/2 hour drive. We visitied Honeymoon Island (Free passes come with the house), went on a dolphin and sand dollar snorkeling excursion, saw the Weeki Wachee Springs mermaid show, visited the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, took a walk on the Clearwater pier and much, much more. There are tons of shopping areas near by. If staying for an extended time I would recommend doing your grocery shopping at Walmart as opposed to Publix which is a little closer. I would also recommend taking 19 alt as opposed to 19 unless you like driving in crazy traffic. Linda's hospitality made for a delightful and worry free family vacation. We hope to be able to travel and stay here again!
