Situated on spacious acreage of quiet woodlands, the forest, the cabin and the waterfront are the perfect combination for enjoying the resources of wood, water, wildlife and recreation.
This log home has 2200 square feet with 3 bedrooms plus a two bed loft, 2 bathrooms, an open kitchen and living room, large screened porch and large back deck off the kitchen.
Walk 200 yards on our wooded trails to our private waterfront point of land with 600 feet of Lovewell's Pond frontage, including a 200 foot sandy beach; perfect for family fun.
We stayed here July 2015 (but forgot to write a review). The house is great with a big screened in porch. We had a great time. The walk to the beach took about 5 minutes with a 2 year old. That water was warm and the kids had a blast in the sand.
Our family had a great time at this house, which was clean and quiet. It also provided a great location to enjoy the White Mountains, as well as provided a great escape to the private beach on Lovewell Pond.
The owners are also extremely helpful and responsive, we appreciate all that they provided to us for our stay.
I would recommend this location for anyone interested in a relaxing environment, that is not far from the excitement offered in the North Conway/White Mountain region.
Nice private setting with a walking path through wooded trail to sandy beach. Slimy swimming but beautiful views and quiet setting. House was comfortable.
Very private place to be with family....house is super clean. I stayed about a week with my friends and family...every one liked the place. The lake water next to house is not perfect for swimming but very good view. One can drive few miles to get into the perfect swimming area. The owner of the house Mr. Bill is very friendly..once again thank you for having us there !
Great property for kids. We all had a great time. Even walking to the beach was an 'adventure' for the kids.
We had a wonderful weekend and all agreed our stay was too short. I can see us renting this cabin again next summer but for a full week! The log cabin is great and we enjoyed grilling dinner on the deck every night. The screened in porch was a great escape when the Mosquitos started biting. The private beach was so relaxing and what great views of the mountains beyond the lake. Truly picturesque! This cabin was a little slice of heaven for us. Clean with easy instructions for check in and check out. On Saturday we drove five minutes up the road and tubed down the Saco River. It was so close and easy. Thank you so much for letting us use it! We were so sad to leave on Sunday.
