Each master bedroom has a king size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen size bed. Extra guests or children can sleep in the loft on an airbed provided. The 6 foot couch in the living room serves as a great single bed sleeper.

We love to travel, but our favorite place to be is Reno/Sparks. We live in California and love the outdoors and golfing. We also love our four legged friends who we like to take with us whenever we can. You will see Jack and Cricket in some of our photos.
Pam T purchased this townhome in 2006
We purchased this townhome because we love the high desert area and all the activities that Reno/Sparks has to offer. We love to golf and the 40 plus golf courses provide challenges for all level of golfers. We love sitting on our patio with the golf course view. We have found that all our friends love the townhome and we want to offer it to you.
Our townhome is furnished to appeal to everyone. The golf course is a great walking course and watching other golfers from the patio is a lot of fun. The area is quiet and is appropriate for a dog. We have everything we need within 10 miles, including the airport and downtown.
Perfect location and nicely kept with all amenities you need for a family of 6. Plenty of towels and kitchen necessities. Will stay again!!
Property was immaculate & well taken care of. My only problem was that I'm an avid golfer & because we were on a motorcycle trip I didn't have time to play.
I would definitely consider staying there again!
This was an amazing place to stay during our trip to Reno. It is a beautiful home. We only used the downstairs, which has a wonderful master sweet, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the patio with our two dogs. This home has easy access to all attractions in both Reno and Sparks. I would recommend this to any family, it is so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Pam provided detailed directions and access instructions and I plan on booking this again for our trip next year. - J. Kay
I want to start by saying that Pam & Bev's home was greatly located and very comfortable. We were there for a softball tournament and it was nice to be so close to the fields. Yes I would absolutely recommend this property and we'd love to stay again...and their other property, as well. How do I know they have 2? Well we booked the 3 bedroom but was given 2 different addresses...next door to each other. We called and they gave us the code because the one they gave us didn't work for either home, which at the time we didn't realize they had 2 homes. We got into a beautiful home but we wondered why they called it a 3 bedroom (it had a loft) but it only had 2 bedrooms. We were going to make it work...it was lovely. So the 3 of us got all unpacked and we're watching the NBA finals (big Warriors fans) when we get a knock at the door...we're in the wrong house. So we called Bev & Pam and they were very nice. We got it all straight but we had to pack everything up and move and by the time we got situated, the basketball game was almost over. Disappointed...
The home we rented kind of didn't seem ready for us. No letter on the counter like the first house with wifi info, etc. No big deal but the first house just seemed a bit more welcoming....again, not a big deal. I had to unload the dishwasher, which didn't set well. I paid a cleaning fee so I didn't think I had to unload the dishwasher. There was no dish soap, either. I was suppose to wash the towels but there was no laundry soap.
None of the above was a deal breaker for us but just felt it had to be mentioned. Bev & Pam, your homes are beautiful, clean and comfortable!!
Having said all of this, I still would love to stay again...we come to Reno this time every year and this has been the best location and home away from home that we've had
Thank You for opening your home(s) to us :-)
decoration were great. the furniture and bed were extremely comfortable. I wasn't there very long but the time I did spend there was so restful. Big sigh before hitting the tournament again.
Great condo location, nice quite area, right on a golf course, but not far from food and shopping. Condo has everything needed and we enjoy sitting on the porch watching the golfers go by.
