About Yaritza Rodriguez

I'm a young professional, who works in marketing for a telecommunications company in Puerto Rico. I studied advertising and public relations because it excites me and I am very lucky to work in something related. I was born in Puerto Rico and have lived all my life in the metropolitan area. I love the idea that people from all over the world come visit. I live in love with my island and I will do my best so you can have an excellent experience.

Why Yaritza Rodriguez chose Old San Juan

This property is great because is in a great location , close to almost everything. You don't need to rent a car to be in Old San Juan. At the apartment is a list of the places I recommend going in, places known only to the locals.

What makes this apartment unique

Staying at the apartment is a unique experience. The condo has that colonial aspect that highlights the Spanish structures. Featuring a big internal patio that is not expected to see in Old San Juan considering the size. The apartment balcony overlooks the San Cristobal Castle built in the sixteenth century. You will get the chance to live like the locals.

Great location

  • 5 of 5

The apartment served our needs perfectly and Yaritza went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The location was great for exploring... just a few steps away from a free trolley stop. The apartment itself was just what we needed for our family - we have two children, age 6 and 3. Thank you for a wonderful experience in San Juan!

Excellent location, good for families

  • 5 of 5

We really loved this property in the heart of Old San Juan. Plenty of room for two parents and our three kids. Loved the easy access to restaurants, shopping, and great views. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

To be clear, if your idea of a Puerto Rican Vacation is to sit by a pool and lounge on a beach, this isn't the place for you. There is no pool and while the ocean is beautiful here, the beach for lounging is a car ride away. if you are like us and enjoy culture and architecture, this is the place to be.

The owner was easy to work with.

We would definitely stay here again.

Two couples one couple with their first time visiting San Juan. Lovely to share accommodation in a residential area with beautiful, kind neighbours. You won't be disappointed. Small kitchen and bathroom but everything works and communication with owner almost immediate. Have a wonderful stay!

Great apartment.

Although it's not modern and luxurious it is clean, comfortable and convenient. It is in Old San Juan and close to the fortresses and many, many restaurants. We walked everywhere we went in less than 15 minutes. Really enjoyed our two day stay.

Great Location!!!

  • 5 of 5

Yaritza's home is in a location close to everything essential. My family and I walked to stores and restaurant's and for the places that were farther away, there's a free trolley that goes all over Old San Juan. Her brother Jesus drives a taxi (he was super friendly and very knowledgeable about San Juan) Yaritza arranged for him to pick us up from the airport, and he also drove us to our cruise terminal. The apartment is exactly as described, a little dusty in corners (I assume from the breeze coming in from the balconies) not a big deal. We did experience a hiccup with the Internet and smart tv, and immediately they worked to fix the problem, we're very apologetic, and went above and beyond issuing a refund for the inconvenience. The beds were very comfortable, my mom enjoyed her queen size so much, she insisted I spend a night with her (so glad I did). We made use of the washer & dryer, there are 3 air conditioners on top of ceiling fans in each room, and all the modern conveniences needed for a wonderful relaxing stay. The people of San Juan were all very friendly and looove to party (a plus for us). Overall we were very pleased with our stay and plan to return soon.
