This large Top-Floor, Corner Moose Lodge Condo is perfect for your upcoming Park City stay! Featuring 2 bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms, it's located conveniently on the corner of Park Ave & 15th Street. With the Park City Mountain Resort only two blocks away and a Free Shuttle stop just steps from the front door, traveling to Main Street or other resorts and shopping areas is easy and effortless.

Entertainment: There is a 70" HD, 3D Smart TV in the main living area. The master bedroom has a 55" HD, 3D Smart TV and the bunk room has a 40" TV. All have Blue Ray DVD Players. There are Board Games and Cards as well.

The Fully-Equipped Kitchen will make cooking and dining easy. A coffee pot, toaster, blender, crockpot and other standard kitchen dishware and cookware are provided.

Sleeping: The bedrooms are Spacious and Comfortable. The master has a King Bed and the 2nd room has a Twin over Full bunk with a Twin Trundle. Each bedroom has its own Private Bath. There are TWO queen sofa sleepers in the main living area for 4 additional sleeping spots. There is also a full bath at this level.

Renting a car? Enjoy FREE Easy Parking in the underground, lighted parking garage.

Two Assigned Parking Spaces are provided for your use.

Enjoy the convenience of a Garage Mud Room with Ski Storage that is located directly in front of one of the assigned parking spaces. You will be assigned a Personal and Unique Door Code to use during your stay for access to this room that will have ski racks, coat hooks and a bench.

No lugging skis, boots, boards or bikes in and out of the condo!

Get out and Play! Across the street from the condo you'll find City Park, full of large open spaces to enjoy! The South End can be reserved (Parks Reservations) for family or business gatherings. It includes a pavilion with Picnic Benches, a huge charcoal BBQ and griddle, and plenty of room for relaxation. The entire park offers open lawn space, a softball diamond, sand volleyball, tennis, basketball, a playground and a state-of-the-art Skateboard Park.

In summertime, window Air Conditioners are installed in the main and upper level of the home to make your stay pleasant.

Just in case you're not getting away from it "all", there is FREE WIFI provided, a small desk area and a printer for boarding passes, coupons or maps.

Well appointed and comfortable

Three of us stayed and the condo was well appointed and lived well for 5 days of skiing. Very walkable to main lifts (Payday); decent furniture and well equipped kitchen; comfortable beds. It is a little noisy being on the traffic side of the street, but the fans that are provided allow for white noise. This is minor, but it would be nice to have end tables in the living room and you need a sound bar for the TV -- very large nice TV but its own speakers are terrible and a night in watching a movie would be far more satisfying.

Great location to main street and Park City Ski re

The condo was clean and cozy. The perfect location for a Park City visit. I was traveling with my mother and 3 year old daughter and the location and ease of access to historic main street and the ski resort could not have been better. With my young daughter, getting to and from the resort with all her ski equipment was a worry for me. The closest lift was maybe two blocks, which eliminated the need to look for parking in over crowded lot at the base of the mountain. While main street is certainly a walk-able difference we choose to use the free town bus, which had a stop right outside our door. The two parking spaces, while not really needed if you plan to stay local, were a huge benefit as we were traveling outside of the Park City area on a regular basis. The only downside is the two bedrooms upstairs face a a very busy street. I personally did not notice any disturbance to my rest while there, but it may be the only thing worth noting. In the end, it was a great stay and would certainly recommend this condo to anyone and would certainly use them again if we are in town.

Great Condo

Just back today from staying at this property. Great location, basically 1 block to PCM parking. Clean condo, would comfortably sleep 7.

Did have to purchase some cookware as the ones provided had rust showing through the non-stick, but really no big deal.

Check out is 10 am, if you want any later it will be 1/2 the price of 1 days stay.

Would stay again! Thanks!

Great Location and Wonderful Space

We rented this for 5 adults visiting Park City Mountain. It was an easy walk to the mountain and very easy to grab the bus to Main St. (Walking the entire way to Main St is doable, but a little bit of a hike). The space itself was great. Everything was clean, up-to-date, and working properly. The parking garage was great, with plenty of space in the ski closet for gear. Really, I can't think of anything I didn't like about it (OK, super nit-picky, but maybe two real knives to prep/cook with). I'd definitely recommend it to anyone and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely, spacious, brand new, close to everything

The six of us had a wonderful winter holiday at this beautiful condo just steps from the base of PCMR. The location on Park Ave was super convenient to the free town bus and two blocks from the Fresh Market grocery store. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, new furniture, wifi and flat screens TVs in every room. There was also two underground parking spaces and a great ski locker for all our things. We will definitely come back.

Car: not necessary

Moose Lodge is on the corner of Park Ave and 15th street. It is just 2 blocks to the Park City Mountain Resort and a short 5 block walk to lower Main Street.
