Very roomy

  • 4 of 5

Our family of 7 had plenty of room, we were comfortable. Close to places we wanted to see either walking or riding the tram.

Great location and great apartment!

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is located close to a great square with several restaurants and it was easy to get around to see all the sites in Rome. The area is safe and the apartment is very comfortable. We had three adults and two children and the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen was perfect and accommodated us well. Check in/check out was easy and Kyle gave us a ton of useful info for our stay.

Nice apartment in a great neighborhood

  • 4 of 5

This apartment was a great size for our group- 2 couples and three kids. Trastevere is a wonderful neighborhood and this apartment is in a great location. We were close to Piazza di San Cosimato which has a daily market with everything you need and the best gelato shop- Fatamorgana. Walking distance to Via Trastevere to catch the tram to city center or reasonable & beautiful walk to cross over the river to Piazza Farnese & Campo di Fiori. Buses also run right to apartment building. Apartment has plenty of wardrobe space in each room and it is nice to have two bathrooms. Easy to use kitchen stocked with all utensils needed. The beds are a bit firm and slightly uncomfortable for two people to a bed- which is more of a Full size. We enjoyed the space which is rare in Europe. Alain and Kyle were very responsive and great with communications. They were flexible with our request for an extra bed. Sinead met us at the apartment for our late night arrival. She was so helpful in getting us acquainted with the apartment.

Excellent Property

  • 5 of 5

The location of the apartment is ideal - away from the noise but close to everything. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The description is accurate, home is very clean and well maintained and the service was great. I highly recommend this property - we had a great time. We were a party of 8 ( 2 adults and 6 teens) and there was plenty of space. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocery and more within close walking distance.

SPAZIOSA MA POCO CURATA E DA RISTRUTTURARE

  • 1 of 5

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. Nonetheless, I believe that your 1-star review is very unfair, undeserved, and unjust. As other reviewers have noted, it is an excellent property -- spacious and centrally located. In any event, right after your departure, the apartment has been repainted, renovated and refurbished. Please see the new pictures that I have uploaded. Maybe you will be my guest again in the future and you will provide a better and fairer review. Thank you.
