Two Bedroom Two Bath Luxury Condo at Palmar

Luxury ocean front condo in a first class building conveniently located to the Cozumel Town Center. The moment you enter this wonderfully spacious condo with a magnificent view of the Caribbean, you are home. Beautifully decorated with an East meets West ambiance. The condo offers an open floor plan and the floor to ceiling glass windows offer your entry to your private terrace with an awesome view. The living room has comfy conversational sofa, dining for four and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a breakfast bar for an informal meal. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed with a private bath highlighting a double vanity, shower with glass enclosure and a huge socking tub. The second bedroom offers 2 full beds and also has a private bath.

The unit features SKY Network programming and a 50in plasma TV, high speed Internet, free US phone service, 24 hour security, and a fully equipped kitchen. The building is accessible and has 2 elevators.

There is dining, snorkeling and other water sport activities and shopping within walking distance. On-site workout facility, tennis, pool and heated whirlpool. Water sport rentals, day spa, jeep and scooter rentals are near by, references can be provided.

The unit is managed by Matt and Elizabeth and CozumelME. We are Americans and are currently living full time in Cozumel at Palmar. We have been operating our management company for over 6 years. This great property is owned by Gary and Ann and is their very special Island get-away. The condo is managed by Matt and Elizabeth Williamson. We are Americans living in Cozumel full time and reside at Palmar. We are a small management company and pride ourselves on attention to detail.

Matt and I make sure you have everything you need. To get your vacation started we leave coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and spices in the unit. We also leave paper products in the condo. There is a notebook in the condo with a list of helpful tips, our favorite restaurants and Island activities. We try to think of everything to make your stay a great one!

Water to the building is filtered and is potable and safe to drink. There is also additional bottled drinking water available on a hot/cold dispenser in the kitchen. Smoking is allowed on the terrace, only. Stay with us once and you will again and again.

Perfect stay in 4-D!

The Palmar is an immaculately maintained complex. Their pool is one of the nicest and prettiest we've seen. The lounges chairs are comfortable & plentiful.. the tables and chairs are great for playing games and the cabanas are lovely. We like that many condos are occupied by full time residents, which creates a much 'homier' environment.

4-D is a WONDERFUL condo.. the artwork throughout the unit is lovely. The unit is unbelievably well stocked.. from beach towels to spices. The sunshades for the floor to ceiling windows across the length of the condo are perfect for the late afternoon sun. Elizabeth is INCREDIBLY responsive and genuinely cares that her guests enjoy their time on the island. I wanted to bring Martina and Isela home with us. After their weekly cleaning the condo absolutely sparkled.

We enjoyed the location and the never ending boat activity directly across the street... not to mention really GREAT snorkeling. Chedraui is an easy and lovely bike ride away.

I write this with mixed emotions. Every word is heartfelt and true, however, want to keep this treasure to ourselves.

A Great Property

My dive buddy and I spent 5 nights at the Palmar, and it proved to be a great choice. A modern and spacious kitchen, family and dining area; comfortable bedrooms with modern and well-appointed bathrooms; and a great balcony extending the width of the unit with a beautiful sunset view. Check-in and departure was seamless, the condo has ample parking and on-site security if you have a vehicle, and Elizabeth and Matt were responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. If you are a diver, most of the dive boats will pickup clients at the the pier immediately across from the condo, so it is quite convenient. Several restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance, and the main part of town is just a short drive or inexpensive cab ride. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!

The condo was beautiful and was equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful view .

Waking every morning to a view of the ocean was breath taking.

The property is kept in pristine condition at all times.Friendly staff that make you feel like family.The location is perfect as it's walking distance to many things.The locals we met on our walks are so friendly that we felt safe at all times. We will definitely be back.

Lovely condo. Great location

We stayed at this condo for two weeks. It is a beautiful unit with wonderful views. There are small restaurants and bars plus snorkeling and diving beaches within walking distance. Matt and Elizabeth are great managers. We did have an issue with a bathroom but they responded immediately and got someone line up to correct the problem. We would definitely stay in this condo again. It is set up perfectly for 2 couples.

Home Away From Home

We stayed at this condo for a week & could not have picked a nicer unit. There were four of us - two adults & our teenage children. The unit has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Cozumel. The view from the balcony is fabulous as it was quite interesting to watch the harbour activity. We felt very safe in the building. We did notice the road noise sometimes from the master bedroom but it was not enough to deter us from recommending this unit.

Fabulous Vacation Property for Young Families

Our family with 2 young children had a fabulous time during our 9 night stay at Matt and Elizabeth's property. The property is in excellent condition with a large balcony on which we had many of our meals. As well as lying back watching the moonlit waters after the kids had gone to bed. The kitchen is well appointed giving guests the option to cook and eat in which is what we did on some evenings.

The pool is large and great for young children to splash around in even when there are other guests in the pool - so it does not feel too crowded

There are a few beaches located within walking distance. However we found the best beaches, like St Martins Beach, on the east side of the island

Matt and Elizabeth checked in with us that everything was OK and also gave us a number of suggestions as to what to do while we were there. Checking in was very smooth with a keyless door entry code supplied, which was helpful since we arrived on the last ferry at night from Playa Del Carmen. Prior to booking, communication was quick and easy with all questions answered.

The property is located in a secure building with concierge so our family felt safe at all times. It was only an 80 Peso cab ride into centre of town (about $4.50) where the ferry terminal and plenty of bars and restaurants are located. Though there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes walking distance from the complex.

Taxi's are easy to flag down at most times. We hired a car for a few days which was very handy to explore the island. There is plenty of parking at the complex. There is a large supermarket about 25 minutes walk away which enabled us to do our weekly shopping - alternatively the cab ride there is about 7 - 8 minutes.

So would highly recommend Matt and Elizabeth;'s place as a throughly enjoyable vacation spot. When we return to Cozumel, if the place is available we would love to return to it. Thank you Matt and Elizabeth!

There are several beach clubs, restaurants and bars within walking distance. These beach bars have equipment available for snorkeling and scuba and are a perfect way to enjoy the day. Downtown is a 2 mile walk or quick taxi ride where you can enjoy shopping, more restaurants and a taste of Mexico.

There are many places to rent a car or Jeep near by for a tour of the whole Island including the east side of the island, a more undeveloped and totally natural spot on the Island. There are Mayan Ruins to explore, the tequila factory and Punta Sur to name just a few adventures available.
